If I could give zero for ‘service’ I would. What a useless bunch of airheads pretending to ‘work’ completely overwhelmed by ‘busy’ which means 5 people ordering extortionately priced coffees and juices and leaves… it’s pretty clear that they are only there to ‘have a job’ till they hit the slopes or town. Inflation at Arctic juice is truly freezing … juices are chf11 this year … is like really guys?! and please get rid of your tip screen… is embarrassing … punching a number on the pay machine is not service worth a tip

Nice place, good location & plenty to choose from on the menu. The açai bowl was a bit disappointing though - it tasted like red fruits instead of acai and was too sweet. But will be back to try other things on the menu.

The juices here are amazing - well worth a try and the late afternoon view just beautiful with the moon rising - we're back again in 2024 and it still doesn't disappoint - remains highly recommended

A nice centrally located place for coffee, juice or anything healthy. Their sandwiches are awesome. Highly recommended for your ski day break.

Pretty place, coffee was decent but definitely not the best flat white I have ever had. I guess the oat milk was not properly frothed to microfoam. Cake was good and a very generous portion. Swiss prices - so on the high side

Very chill place. Loved the atmosphere here. Lots of dogs everywhere and they’re welcomed here. The prices are not the cheapest but the value is very much given!!! Loved the Avo & Salmon which came with a delicious salad and the portion was huge!! The juice we had was also good and Emmy partner loved the coffee

The server REFUSED to give me a fresh juice and only wanted to give me the pre-made one they made in the morning ( in case they are too busy, which they weren't as there was 1 person behind me only...). Their juices are 10CHF, so I would expect a fresh one and not to be asked to stir an older juice (which already had a different color and texture) with my straw. When I tried to communicate to him that we used to be able to get better quality products (fresh), he simply stared at me and did not answer.

Arctic juice and all who serve and cooked there is one of the greatest joys of my yearly stays as a mindfulness coach at the Verbier festival. I take my scrummy Nanna bowl and green juice to go as for the télécabine ride down to the valley for a class, have a great sandwich or salad for lunch upon my return, pre-order my cycle crazy son's lunch (he who never eats a vegetable and devours the goodness filled wraps) in between his VTT classes. I feel great: Healthy! Super healthy! Nourished. Warmed every day by every smile I encounter from the fabulous staff and the fact they instantly know my name. Arctic is the best address in Verbier!

A great place with fantastic staff! Lots of easy, quick drink and menu options, especially healthy ones. Staff are happy to accommodate dietary requirements - and always with a great, friendly attitude. A 'must visit' place in Verbier.

Spent the last two months in Verbier and Arctic Juice Cafe was an almost daily stop for coffee and healthy food. With dietary restrictions it was a God send in the land of cheese and bread. Soy, Oat and Almond milk coffees and cold brew. Gluten Free sandwiches and smoothie bowls so plenty of options. The staff were lovely too and so accommodating thank you so much.

The falafel sandwich was ok. This café is conveniently located next to the ski lift in Verbier village. I didn’t like the place : some effort is made on the decoration but it’s cramped and and employees call you to give you your order by yelling your name 😳 which is pretty annoying if you want just to have a reasonably relaxing break 😅

If you are in a hurry! This place is not for you! Pity as it could have been great!

After loving the hot chocolate in Arctic and it being my favourite one in Verbier, I went in one morning and ordered one as I Usually do without honey and they’ve always made it for me with no problem the cafe was empty and he says to me no I can’t make you the hot chocolate without honey it’s already pre made , I said but I’ve had it many times before he said well you won’t have it now in a really rude way at least use proper customer service, it would of took them 3 mins to prepare my hot chocolate with an empty cafe 🙄 just 100% out of laziness or having a bad day

Went there in May for one juice late morning, early lunchtime. There weren't many customers but it still took 25 mins for me to get my juice? Everyone is friendly but the wait shouldn't be that long ,especially when paying those prices? I've been other times and unfortunately the wait has been long also. I'll happily go back if I knew the wait wasn't long!

9 a.m. on weekdays, coffee break, probably the staff is busy opening and setting up. After 10 minutes and after passing our table 4 times on the terrace, a waitress nervously said to us “service at the bar!”. The coffees are simply disgusting, I have never had such bad coffee in my life. I ask for a glass of water, I'm vaguely shown a jar on a shelf where I have to help myself... even the water is filthy and hasn't been changed for a long time... total nonsense!

The juices are amazing , the smoothie bowls are so big that you can eat one and it fills you for half of the day. My favorite thing from them is the banana bread , I don’t know how they make it but its just the best thing I’ve ever eaten . And as a juice recommendation , I love the Get sexy one .

Great smoothies and coffees but snail like service on both times I visited. They forgot my order on the first occasion. On the second day my husband and kids went across the road and got their ski kit and put it all on before the coffee was ready. Thank goodness we were on holiday and what was made was lovely.

Can’t say I was impressed by the drinks or the chaotic service. The girls there seemed to be overwhelmed and kind of disorganized, going around with drinks and food calling clients names. The beverages were ok. For info, no changing table for babies.

Awful! 45 minutes wait for a sandwich. No understanding of coeliac disease even though they claim to cater for it, they tried to make a gluten free sandwich with the same utensils as a normal sandwich and then had then made another order before correcting

Right next to the main gondola, perfectly placed for your morning coffee on the way up the mountain. Great ambience, floor to ceiling windows with a nice seating area for people watching or working. Try the Bullet Coffee (Not to be confused with Bulletproof, it's actually a coconut milk coffee concoction). Nice health juices and smoothies, along with my coffee and banana bread I was set ;)

Terrible service, I had a cappucino and almond coc. The price was bigger than it was written in the menu. ( 5chf bigger) I wanted cappucino in glass cup and I got in plastic cup 🤷‍♂️ and almond coc was only 1/4 from the muffin in the window. Also I didnt recieved receipe. Arctic juice & cafe never more

I’ve been asked to order and pay using the QR code as it seems the machine (casher) was broken. -1) the majority of the customers that arrived after me did not manage to pay on line and finally ordered and paid inside- 2) All of them even if they ordered way after me were served before me. I waited with my 2 kids more than 25 mn outside to get 3 juices- 3) when I complained about the situation to the ‘manager in charge’, the guy totally blew out, screamed at me expressing all his frustrations that clients do not respect him because they have money, which is totally inappropriate. He did not apologize for his behavior and just blamed me and asked me to get out.Well, I’d like to invite the Headquarter to consider providing a better client service to their customers.

Great coffee, friendly staff and tasty food! Location is perfect right next to the Medran lift in town. Being Switzerland, it’s very expensive and the food portions are not very big. But overall a good atmosphere and probably the best place in town to get a coffee.

With 6.- for a flat white the expectations are quite high, which are sadly not met. Coffee itself is ok but you should really get a double shot and a decent milk foam / latte art. Otherwise, stilish and high quality and friendly

Ordered a coffee with friends, after taking the order inside, the coffees surely had time to travel to Colombia because the wait was long. Waitress smiling but not efficient unfortunately. Had an overpriced smooth bowl expecting a typical açai bowl presentation. Instead they literally made a smoothie and then poured it into a bowl, it was like eating a bowl of runny peanut butter.

Viele schöne gesunde Speisen und Getränke Optionen, aber die Getränke sind einfach zu teuer. 10 chf für einen Saft und 6 - 8 chf für einen Latte / Cappucino sprengen die Grenzen auch für CH.

Nachdem die Bestellungen der Leute vor uns im Schneckentempo aufgenommen wurden, waren wir dran.... Äh, nein, Moment, wir wurden erst nochmal 5 Minuten stehen gelassen. Als wir dann bestellt hatten, ging es bei geringer Gästeanzahl ca. 30 Minuten bis wir zwei warme Schokoladen bekamen, die durchschnittlich waren. Weder Löffel noch Entschuldigung gab es, frech - eigentlich null Sterne. Klopapier leer. Nur Schein, kein Sein.

Hélas la qualité n’est pas au rendez-vous. Alors que l’hôtel lui même ( W) est haut de gamme ce café est loin derrière. L’accueil est moyen et le personnel malgré sa gentillesse n’est pas professionnel... peut être il y a un problème avec la langue ( le personnel n’était ni anglophone ni francophone). Les produits sont basiques. Notre wrap était très sec. Il n’y avait rien pour accompagner notre café ( ni biscuits ni gâteaux à commander à côté etc etc). Dommage. L’emplacement est idéal juste en face des télécabines. Espérons qu’il s’améliore ...sans parler du rapport qualité / prix.

j'ai commandé un chocolat chaud que j'ai payé sept francs c'est la première fois de ma vie que je paye autant cher un chocolat chaud . Autrement le lieu est agréable il y a une magnifique vue sur les montagnes et le personnel est très sympathique .

Me sorprende ver una crítica tan alta para este lugar cuando solo me han advertido del personal grosero y estafa de precios.Decidí ir hoy porque necesitaba trabajar en mi computadora con mi internet fuera. Me sorprendió que el único rincón con enchufes estuviera reservado con computadoras y chaquetas del personal. Entonces, cuando el personal vino a sentarse a mi lado, ya que no estaba convencido de la falta de espacio, me sentí muy extraño. El cliente no es nadie aquí. Solo quiero terminar lo que necesito hacer y no volver nunca más.

Wir hatten eine schreckliche Erfahrung mit unseren Kindern in diesem Café. Das Essen und die Getränke waren sehr teuer. 9 chf für einen kaffee! Außerdem hat es ewig gedauert, bis wir unser Essen bekommen haben. Der Besitzer scheint eine sehr genervte Person zu sein, wenn es um Kinder geht.

I m first Time în Arctic, but i think this îs exactly What verbier needs.Location, Good, just the other side of the telecabine.Service:very friendly, fast, and speaks both english and french.They serve smoothies, made out from berries, banana, akai, Citron, ginder, strawberry, to eat they have '' arctic sandwiches''(you can read their prices în my pictures) made out from hummus, falafel, cucumber, fromage of goat, thon, chicken, roast veggies and so on. Atmosphere îs great, feels like în some english Library, combined with a living room, i tell you the concept îs great. It also has interesting lightening, long tables so that people can talk to each other, a comfy couch, and a terrace, the music îs nice too, and yes:they have BOOKS!!! Hence we ve spent one or two hours here, planning our next vacation în April.smile smileWhen în Verbier, give it a chance. Especially în The morning.
