Like a short trip to Argentina! Everything is just right there. From the reception, the atmosphere, the wine, the food (the meat was top notch and perfectly prepared), the service, right down to the mate tea at the end, everything was top! Gladly again and again and again!

Everything in this place is excellent, starting with the attention of the owner, who is very approachable and tries to make you feel comfortable. The meat is a delight and top quality, it is a must to try various cuts. The homemade empanadas are the best we have tried by far, especially the bondiola and Mozzarella ones. Of course, he came at the same level. As for desserts, we tried the choco cake and it is spectacular… The flan is no less exquisite, it has cream and a delicious dulce de leche. We took a cornstarch alfajor to try it. It's great! Looking forward to returning to Basel more than anything to repeat in this place :)

Best BBQ restaurant in Switzerland I have been to. 😉 I wanted to try Argentinian asado, but it looks and tastes really authentic! (I've never been to Argentina, but... 😇) Loved the chimichurri sauce 💛 I was impressed by the very friendly staff. It made me a little sad for my stomach that I couldn't eat much, hahah! 😅 I'll go again next time I come to Basel! 🔥

We are a diverse bunch from all sorts of different countries around the world. We arrived at the restaurant and were warmly welcomed! The food was simply prepared, but authentic in Argentina and tasted excellent. Orders were taken in three different languages ​​and the charm in how they were handled is impressive! Gladly again!!!

Excellent place to eat not only meat, but also vegetarian dishes. The attention is first class and the owner was very friendly and attentive at all times. The food is delicious and fresh. A barbecue for two is enough for three people because of the large portions. One hundred percent recommended. I will visit them again when I am in Basel again.

I had a young man who came from Argentina who gave me very friendly and good advice. The service was also very good. But the price! Price-performance ratio is not right.

Only worth it if you’re going for a mediocre 1 kg plate. Over priced for single cuts and you won’t get your cut cooked the way you want, and when they ask how it was, you’d merely get an apology for it.

We enjoyed a wonderful evening. For starters we had nachos con queso & guacamole. The starter was beautifully presented and the homemade guacamole was amazing. It would have easily been enough for 3-4 people... For the main course we had the Parillada para dos, which was not only huge (approx. 1 kg of meat for 2 people!), but also excellent in quality and taste. The meat is served on a hot cast iron plate, so it soaks a little. Therefore, don't order "medium" (the waiter recommends this). We didn't follow an instruction from the waiter and didn't turn the meat on the plate every now and then, so the beef rib, which was at the bottom, was a little overcooked (our mistake). Everything about the side dishes was also good, the fried sweet potatoes were particularly good. The service was very friendly, we felt completely at home, and there was a nice atmosphere thanks to the Argentina friends present. We look forward to your next visit :-)

We ate there as a family yesterday. Without the article in Basel live we wouldn't have found the restaurant. Very suitable for families (child-friendly with a play area and good food - a big compliment to the service and the kitchen of course. Good meat and great side dishes for a fair price. The food was fantastic, their homemade Empandas are delicious and the meat is of excellent quality. The portion sizes are also perfect. Only four stars though, since it was difficult to get the attention of the waiters at times and we had to ask multiple times to pay. Nevertheless, we will definitely go there again.

The juicy and tender lomo literally melt in the mouth. I went for the combo for 2 hence could sample most of the beef cuts and all were actually tasty, one step below lomo 😋. The beef rib though is really for the fanatic and would require energetic usage of your jaws and teeth… Very friendly service - try your rusty Spanish

The meal was delicious. We had steak, and I swear it was the best steak I've ever eaten. The side dishes were delicious and showcased Argentine culture in a pure and wonderful way. Excellent restaurant for meat lovers who want something different. I had a hip cap (tapa de quadril/picanha), which was very tasty. The three side dishes that came with it were also good. There are also various Argentinian drinks based on homemade mate tea. There is also a garden that you can enjoy in summer. Service was friendly and accommodating.
