We visit the restaurant often. The landlady serves you in a friendly and courteous manner.

The meals consist mainly of frozen products. The vegetables are made up of a mixture of frozen and canned vegetables as well as a few fresh ingredients. The dishes hardly correspond to the ingredients listed on the menu. The price is significantly excessive for the offer. The room temperature in the restaurant is cool.

The food was tasty, the portion was ok. I'm a little disappointed that there were no vegetables, in Germany there are always vegetables and a lot of sauce, here there was definitely not much sauce, but I recommend the restaurant. Service very good

Have been there several times and I'm satisfied every time. The service is attentive, friendly and very personable. The food is A1. Large portions, the leftovers can be taken home which is great. I ordered a plum tea the first time and was surprised when I received a plum wine. That was a good coincidence, I tried it and discovered a new taste for wine. Sometimes good things happen out of mix-ups. The BobaTea was okay, the Bubnles unfortunately weren't fruity but rather made of rubbery "material". The noodles are super tasty, the sweet and sour fish is just perfect and spring rolls as a starter. Sweet and sour chicken is also very tasty. The rice was super fried. There is definitely something for everyone, as it has a large selection of drinks and food. Quiet atmosphere even with several guests. View of the street but beautifully decorated inside.

Big fan of hot and sour soup which I order at least once a week.

Best Chinese restaurant ever eat outside my country.

Hearty food. Fast, perfect delivery. I didn't really enjoy eating the pork curry. The pork was not to my taste, almost rubbery, the texture was special. The chicken was okay.

Unfortunately the quality is no longer what it used to be. The chef is probably retired. There are much better alternatives in Biel, sorry. Improve the menus and the place will be full again. Take away with good value for money would make sense. All I see is that the store is empty. Rethink the concept and then I again.

Delivery on time, food very good and still warm.

I went to this restaurant because I looked at the reviews beforehand but obviously I didn't have the same feeling as the others. First, the quality of the meat was poor... Then the quality of the dishes was not there, it was cold and in a spicy dish, there was none.. Finally, I paid 30CHF for a meal that was worth 10CHF in my opinion.

Overall good taste for Asian restaurant in Europe, especially Hongshao Rou, plus the waitress is extremely cute (like really cute). But, mapo tofu is not recommended, it's too much curry flavor and not what asian people expect from ordering mapo topu.

Unfortunately the organization is catastrophic, like the food...you can see that there has been a change since the pandemic...the waitresses are lost between orders with deliveries every 15 minutes despite the customers who are present in the restaurant. Waiting time for the order of 45-50 minutes and after that half an hour to get the drinks and above all I had to ask 3 times 2 waitresses for the syrup for the children because after an hour and a quarter in the restaurant they had thirsty. First dish arrives, after an hour and a half of waiting...spring rolls with a blond hair nicely placed on the plate. In all discretion I made a comment to the waitress. I chose my second dish poorly (duck with peanut sauce), no meat but excess flesh, in short, grilled Cantonese duck will remain my choice as usual. The icing on the cake, the lady confirmed to us that we can take single-use chopsticks at home like in most Chinese restaurants but except that she did not specify that those for children with the Minnie Mouse animation although they are plastic and single use, we cannot. It's nice to prepare the table for the children but you have to think that it could happen that a child wants it and especially that she didn't specify from the start that only adult chopsticks can be taken. We paid and left except that I forgot my phone on the table and when I returned I had a huge scandal and was accused of theft. We paid 230 francs for food with hair but we are trying to steal baguettes for 50 cents in China...no logic. Anyway, I asked her how much it cost because she didn't want to give me back my Natel so I paid 20 francs because the children had already taken them in the car. And above all they play with I don't understand how could be sterilized because they are plastic and I don't think that in the dishwasher it won't melt. I always recommend the restaurant on the central street or Bern, it is always more pleasant.

Ordered 2 different menus online on their website, large selection, I took Zechuan shrimp, it had 8 shrimp in it with fine, crunchy vegetables, the sauce wasn't too spicy, the menu was very tasty. We will order here again, we paid and picked up on site. Thanks for the delicious meal!

When we order Asian food, it’s from Asia Kitchen. It costs a little more but it is worth every franc. It's wonderful whether duck, chicken or spring rolls the food is top quality. Good spiciness and great taste. We order once a month. Delivery service 1 A. Thank you

We ordered from Asia Kitchen Fu in Biel for the first time today. We were in the mood for Asian food and we came across this restaurant because of the numerous positive reviews on the Eat.ch app. We hesitated to order because the minimum order value of CHF 100 struck us negatively. We decided to have something delivered anyway because no other Asian restaurant was open. We really regretted our decision an hour and a half later. The pasta with satay sauce we ordered came with a pepperoni, mushroom, zucchini and pineapple sauce. After consulting with the restaurant, this is normal! The pepperoni and mushrooms serve as decoration as well as the rest! However, when I emphasized that there wasn't just a bit of pepperoni in this sauce, they wouldn't let me finish. Sorry, I know satay as peanut sauce and not as pepperoni and pineapple mix. The highlight, however, was the chunks of beef in the sauce! Not exactly cool as a veggie who only eats fish! The food on the whole was rather salty and average! It was the first and last time we ordered from Asia Kitchen Fu!

received completely wrong food. I ordered chicken satay (not spicy) and received spicy chicken with ansnas and chilli. I then called and they wanted to explain to me that this was satay - funny ;) a guessing game so if you want to be surprised - order there. By the way, the extra rice for +2 francs was not delivered either.

Practical restaurant for lunch at the price of the daily special. We go from time to time to this restaurant near the station, they have a limited Chinese buffet, of course, but still more acceptable than a McDonald's!, there are meat dishes, rice, noodles, soup , from time to time slip-ups, perhaps due to the change of cook? Because the good cuisine of the time of their beginnings has disappeared, the chef has left, suddenly, there is no longer any soul even in this buffet, we make it but the customer has not felt the cuisine of their beginnings, very very unfortunate. After seeing all the good reviews, I think I must have been very unlucky. I've been there two times and both times I've had an awful experience. For me, this restaurant is the worst one in Biel. I don't dare to go there a third time.
