I wanted to eat my ice cream in the sun and took a chair there. 2 minutes later the employee came to me and said in French that I should put the chair back #########

😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Very mean and unpleasant person!!! Refused that we could move the table 5cm to avoid the sun for the little ones. And flat out asks us to leave the premises. Even with RACIST remarks!!!! Never seen before!!

Typical biggest tourist trap ever due to a lack of alternatives. Extremely unfriendly staff and everything overpriced. Even if you consume over 100chf you still get yelled at for nothing. It's better to take a little longer and stop at the beautiful and inexpensive restaurants nearby. thanks for nothing

You can't beat the unfriendliness of the food, well :-( it's a shame for the great location, it's really not worth it...

The vegetarian option is a bit ridiculous... I don't recommend the "veggie burger" which is literally bread with salad in it... too bad.

Magnificent lakeside in Neuchâtel

Good location, friendly staff. Fresh products of the day, selected by the boss. The Sauces are homemade. The Burger and hot dog on board are great. 5 stars 🌟 Thank you for the welcome every summer

Magnificent place, smiling and professional staff! We tasted several cheese, veggie, monthly salad, fries dishes and we enjoyed ourselves... I highly recommend 😉

Today: Ordered and paid for 2 portions of French fries and 5 salads. Salads received immediately, fries not received (Fr. 49.00), no response despite a complaint! What a shame☹️☹️☹️ (not customer friendly)!

Good location on the “side of the” lake, but average food and unfriendly staff. Reasonable prices.

Okay, it tastes (almost) the same as wandering fries, we are (almost) served as quickly as the vagabond fry, the ice creams are (much) better than the vagabond fries, but it's not the vagabond fry... and that's okay.

Very friendly staff but more than average food

Wonderful place. Looking forward to coming back in good weather to taste their excellent Burgers. The meat is perfect from a butcher shop noted on the menu. The bread is good and the accompaniments are great, especially for the special. On the other hand, the ice creams are also excellent. The only downside would be the waiting time but normal in summer given the number of people out :)

The people are friendly, but that's all! The shelves are mostly empty and there is a lack of essential goods. At lunchtime there was already no more bread, no more charcoal and that was next to a campsite! The previous owner had it much better! At best it's enough for a few croissants for breakfast - whether there's enough coffee is questionable! Bottom line: This store is a joke, and the owner is 100% incompetent!

Nothing more. Industrial food. But excellent homemade aioli sauce. In the end it's always better than fast food.

Great location but food not to our taste. We ordered a cheeseburger and a vegiburger. The burger was industrial with spices and the addition of who knows what that didn't taste like meat at all. The vegiburger was a burger bun with raw vegetables, potato strips and slices of uncooked cheese. Positive points: good fries and very good burger bun.
