Best breads in Lausanne! Lots of flavor, crispy crusts and extra soft crumbs! Unfortunately I'm not from this area, otherwise I would buy my bread from this fantastic bakery every day! So, it remains a real pleasure when I am passing through this corner of Lausanne.

The breads are fantastic, delicious as hell!! And the place exudes serenity and attention to detail. Ditch your so-called “artisanal” bakery, this one really is.

An adorable baker, respectful of the environment. Best strawberry cake and king cake I have ever had. The salty one isn't bad either. Varied bread that lasts over time. It was a pleasure to see her move into our neighborhood that we had to leave.
