Today we had the pleasure of participating in a Latte Art class! It was really fun and Maurizio Boi (www.mbcoffeeconsulting.ch) allowed us to familiarize ourselves with the world of Latte Art. I can only recommend that everyone contact Michele (of Outsiders Coffee Roasters) directly if they are interested, even if there is no specific date planned on the website. That's what we did and we didn't regret it :-) Thank you for your kindness, the day was great! Furthermore, the coffees are of course superb, the roastery is arranged with a lot of love and beauty and is simply an eye-catcher. Excellent organic and artisanal ice creams with original and unique flavors, each as good as the next. Very attentive and friendly service from the manager, whose passion you can see and who has the patience to explain the flavors of all the ice creams. And for gourmets there is the possibility of taking a cup with 6 small balls (corresponding to two large balls) in order to be able to try several flavors 😍 We know where to go to eat our ice cream in Morges ☺️

Was hungry in the evening and came across this place. At first I was unsure because of the location and the size, but then I was completely convinced by the ambience - very authentically Japanese - and, above all, by the chef/owner/sushi master. One of the best sushi I've ever had. All our own creations. Top quality. Arrigato Maestro

Maria is an extremely friendly and helpful person. He made us feel at home, his cuisine is excellent and meets everyone's needs, we even had a 2 year old child who really appreciated his dishes! The value for money is excellent, a small corner of (real) Italy in the heart of Lausanne. Highly recommended

Warm place, generous portions, efficient and pleasant team. Ideal for spending time with family, friends or colleagues. Superb experience. Special mention for the brunch as well as the millefeuilles. I highly recommend.

I am used to ordering caterers for professional sessions and we have never been disappointed. Always very good and the staff very professional. A real pleasure!
