As for the onions (with an S on the card) there must have been 1/4 of 1 small onion on the pizza. - The pasta is served so al dente that it is undercooked On top of all that, prices are not given. Frankly to avoid.

I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the restaurant Premier étage at the first floor of an industrial building in the industrial/commercial zone of Bussigny. They serve qualitative simple italian food for decent price. This is thus a good option for business lunch when nearby.

We went there on a Saturday evening and had reserved a table for 8. The dishes were good but it was especially the pizzas that delighted us. The dough which rested for 48 hours was soft and tasty which really made all the difference. The downside would be in the level of service because on two occasions when booking we had specified that it was for two birthdays that we were coming but despite this no attention was paid (candle for example, I am not talking about a reduction or anything else) has not been put in place. In terms of welcome it was rather cold and the service, although cordial, was a little slow. In summary: the price-quality ratio is correct, the food very good but the service that day was a little sad. I recommend it all the same and I will happily return.
