The quality of the food is normal. The prices are outrageous, there is no good quality/quantity/price ratio. The service is mediocre. Initially we ordered two spritzes, everything was ok, then two more but they were half the size of the first ones. Literally 1 centimeter of drink. We asked for another one but it never arrived and we paid full price...4 spritzes for 50 francs. Ok we are in Switzerland but....

Exceptional tiramisu! The staff are exceptional, unfortunately the same cannot be said for what seemed to be the bosses. The Natel was full of hits, and when we left, they were so dishonest that we won't set foot there again! It’s a real shame because the cook and the waitress were exemplary helpful.

We had our staff dinner and we all had a great time there. The welcome was really great from start to finish, we were the last to leave, but at no time did we feel the "when are they going to leave". Really, the staff and the boss were kind and had a smile, incredible!!! and I know what I'm talking about because I'm in the restaurant business. The cuisine was also top notch, the frog legs felt like I was eating my mom's :-D and otherwise we also had entrecôtes and beef fillet on slate, excellent meat, butter!!! with 3 sauces, fries, we asked for small salads instead of vegetables and without any hesitation "yes yes we'll do that for you". For dessert I asked if it was possible to have a small plate of cheese, it was not on the menu and it was made for me without problem. Being a socio-educational assistant in an EMS welcoming elderly people with cognitive and memory disorders, I went to this restaurant with 8 residents as part of an outing to eat game food. We were very well received, very smiling staff, attentive to our requests, patient and able to adapt The atmosphere was calm and peaceful, which is perfect when supporting elderly people suffering from disorders. Small downsides on the service, if it was quick but there were some errors during the distribution of the dishes and I think that the meat could be more tender but that is only my personal opinion. I would still like to thank the team at the old cellar who offered us the soup as a starter and who knew how to adapt to each of our requests.
