We had booked a table on 26 December just the last day before the restaurant was due to close for the COVID pandemic. As expected, the restaurant was full but the service was prompt. We started with a glass of kir (white wine flavoured with a blackcurrant liqueur) and a copious salad. For the main course, I selected an entrecote which was served on roast potatoes. It went well with the red Italian wine that we had ordered by the glass. This is a charming place with a modern décor in a picturesque village.

Menu correct mais un peu maigre et sans sans prétention pour 35 francs.Pour les fumeurs, n'oubliez pas vos cigarettes car leur automate ne rends pas la monnaie et c'est tout bénéfice pour les restaurateurs qui ne veulent pas entrer en matière ! Manque également de personnel de service pour une telle soirée.Peux faire mieux

Excellente table. Spécialités portugaises à la carte mais pas seulement. Prix très correct, personnel souriant. Nous avons choisi la viande sur ardoise, la qualité et les saveurs étaient au rendez-vous. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant en famille, entre amis ou en amoureux.

Really a very nice place, a perfect welcome and service. The dinner was excellent (the room is magnificent) They produce their beer, their honey, everything is really good. The room was spotless, super equipped, soundproofed, a very good hotel at reasonable prices to discover. Thanks to the gentleman on Monday evening and the lady on Tuesday morning who were excellent.

We could visit this restaurant during the pandemic because it offers open air dining. The restaurant is located just next to the airport and it is a nice diversion to see propellor-driven airplanes take off and land. I ordered the dish of the day which was magret de canard (filet of duck breast) served with vegetables. The serving was copious and good value for money. Later the chef came past to see whether we had enjoyed the meal. Best place to have a meal if you happen to be in Ecuvillens, Fribourg.
