Superb artichoke & scallop risotto, tartare, homemade bread, winter salad… choco mousse and tiramisu, in short, a treat from A to Z and remarkable patience from our host, faced with a somewhat complicated table with kids 😙

Since the beginning of 2023, Madame in the kitchen and Monsieur in the dining room. The menu is tight but tasteful with an Italian sensibility, everyone will find a solution to their taste. Tasty cuisine and delicate plating. The dessert menu is limited but they are delicious. The wine list is interesting, good choice of locals. Gluten-free ones are treated very well, even bread.

It was then that I discovered a warm and pleasant setting as well as a simple menu filled with sophisticated dishes. When my entry arrives I understand that I am not anywhere. A magnificently well presented plate with generous quantities and above all a know-how that Geraldine in the kitchen knows how to highlight. For the main course, no surprises. Beautiful presentation of the products, balanced plate and above all strong and subtle flavors at the same time. How can I describe this establishment without talking about the dessert. We finally opted for a Sirah from Valais and a Merlot from Ticino......both at CHF 69.- per bottle and very disappointing, especially the Merlot. At this price, it must be good, it's non-negotiable....! To conclude, we feel that they use good products and that the cooking is mastered but there is a problem ..........................it's not good, it's not bad........... ......... almost an EMS kitchen.....In short, without soul. And to make matters worse, an unfriendly service, bordering on aggressive, agricultural but in the bad sense of the word...... We were relieved to just get out of this establishment and quickly forget about it. Budget: More than CHF 300.- for 3 people.

I take 2 stars away for the location ( middle of an industrial area) and the view ( this should not have been a problem in a place like switzerland ). We went there for a team get together and had booked the entire place. However unless i am living closeby i would probably not travel so far.
