The products are of excellent quality and produced on site. The service is good but could be more cheerful. During a job search, the store was happy to take me on for a free internship for a week but was careful not to respond. A simple thank you but we found someone in the meantime who would have been slightly more courteous and appreciative.

After having tested all the bakeries in Payerne on different products, I consider this one to be the best. The bread, baguettes, etc. are well honeycombed and smell good of sourdough, which confirms that the dough has fermented slowly for several hours. They smell of craftsmanship. The pains au chocolat are delicious. The croissants breathe butter. The 3 chocolate mousse cake is a marvel. Some comments complain about the prices but that's the price of homemade, fresh produce and craftsmanship. Otherwise you have Migros not far away for cheaper prices but don't expect the same quality.

I arrive at the counter, 2 young girls tinkering with a box, I say hello, no answer, I order a coffee for the terrace, I go to sit down, 3 minutes later a young girl comes to the table to tell me that it's self service and the coffee was on the counter!!! The height. I asked if there were toilets, the same told me that there were, but not for customers! Only for the laboratory! That you have to go to the public toilet. At 3.90 a coffee... hats off. 1st and last, isn't it Milles Feuilles? Teach your staff manners please.

Best bakery in the entire canton if not all of French-speaking Switzerland! The products are fresh, the choice is wide and the prices are more than fair and affordable for the quality of the products! The lemon tartlets and the pain au chocolat are to die for and we are always well received by the sellers. The place is beautifully furnished and the smells emanating from the "kitchen" make your mouth water and make you want to buy the whole assortment! I can only recommend it!!
