First visit since the takeover by the new management, we obviously did not choose the right evening, unfortunately. First surprise, the decoration. Or the lack of decoration I should say. You have the impression of entering a canteen, including the noise level (there is nothing to absorb it). If our salads arrived quickly, our 2 dishes took 1 hour 20 minutes to be served. And again, when it arrives, it's not what we ordered. Back to the kitchen. 5 minutes later, a dish is served, but by itself. And barely lukewarm. The 2nd will follow fairly quickly, fortunately. The steak is good, as is the homemade butter. But the morel sauce is overcooked, too bad. As for the vegetables, they are not fresh vegetables. This in itself doesn't pose a problem for us, but we really wonder why we waited so long (few people, a limited menu and 2 almost identical dishes ordered). Luckily the waiter/waitress are friendly and very apologetic. We talked a little and following our rather negative feedback, we were offered the wine we wanted. A gesture that we appreciated, given the circumstances.

We came for a birthday on a Saturday lunchtime. We booked and the owner had warned us that there was a change in concept, but we didn't think about that. When we booked we were not informed that there was a reduced menu and only 3 menus with meat (information for vegetarians and vegans). We were still able to get a tartare...with simple slices of untoasted bread and a mini butter and not fresh fries. On the other hand, we were not entitled to the salad which customers from another table were entitled to. For my part, I took the hamburger... which must have come from a supermarket... and a large bottle of Tabasco was put on the table... the waitress confused Tabasco and Ketchup. Much too expensive for what it is and of unworthy quality! There we can say IT WAS MUCH BETTER BEFORE! We're going to advertise... but only in negative ways!
