The raclette over a wood fire is a marvel, the people at the bar are remaking the world. A village atmosphere which brought back fond memories of my childhood. Raymonde dressed in traditional costume adds a touch reminiscent of "old times" Raymonde is a warm, smiling woman..... Place to come back often and abuse

I don't know how she got so many interviews and praises? We ate at her place twice and were disappointed twice! Not a smile from this lady and her staff, they are amateurs, you have to wait for hours for the tables next door not cleared or cleaned. It’s dirty!! The meat served half raw and not rare and very hard to chew! Even the veal sausage was not well grilled almost cold!!! This is totally overrated Go to the tavern, it’s much better and cheaper.

The welcome may seem cold, however Raymonde is a person with a unique and warm personality, who will try to make you smile during the evening. The food is good. The wait can be long depending on the desired dish, however this allows you to take the time to savor. The Rösti Evolenard are excellent. Despite what some may say, the place and the staff are top notch. We were served quite quickly. We were even offered to move upstairs if the people at the bar were too noisy for our liking. You have to know how to take your time and be smiling.

Very good restaurant in terms of cuisine, we had the raclette as much as we wanted and for the price it was very good, the cheese was perfect. The only downside is the service which can be very long between each plate since there are several people eating cheese so we are not served at the same time on the same table.

Dont go here. Management let a mom CHANGE HER CHILDS DIAPER in plain view og other guests! Not in the bathroom, in the back corner of the seating area. Where we were eating 2 meters away. This is literally a biohazard and immediately killed my appetite. I would have told the management but I dont speak the language.

Das Essen war ok (Wild). The Ambiance hat has fallen. However, if the Covid-19 certificate is controlled, it must be possible to do so with hinged hats. The food was ok (game). We liked the atmosphere. But no one checked the Covid certificates, even though we reported it twice.

I stopped there with my friends to have a drink, the place was really nice! The ambiance is so cozy, it feels like you're home! I got the chance to meet the owner Raymonde dressed in the traditional outfit and took a picture with her! I was told that it's one of the best restaurants in the region. Those who follow me know that I share a real experience and that I share as much objectivity as a given moment allows, without forgetting the subjectivity inseparable from a feeling at the same moment. Here I would have had a small fault to point out which would be: "the long wait". But it would be an injustice to demand that such a place lose its identity through my demands. Because it is a place that requires (wisely) taking time. Here is this work of intellectual honesty carried out, we must highlight these good dishes and this authenticity which does honor to Raymonde. Oh this boss who doesn't smile from the start and who says she expects a smile from her customers...a truly beautiful personality! Attentive to the quality of service and creator of a picturesque charm, she welcomes you throughout the meal, without haste but with tact and kindness, she offers you a smile little by little and gently extracts it from you. Wood-fired raclette is his domain and we are not disappointed. The menu offers dishes that will satisfy those looking for real local products as well as those looking for a more conventional meal (or one that children appreciate more). The wines are of quality and in this atmosphere, they promote festivity. The food is good and the quantities are generous. And yet even without a lot of space available you have to be tempted by the desserts... If you stop at Evolene (or make the detour on purpose) this is where you should rest your soul.
