The saleswoman was annoyed by a previous customer. This customer asked about WiFi. The saleswoman reacted very harshly. The customer paid in cash when she couldn't use TWINT. Certainly annoying for the saleswoman, but no reason to be rude. When the customer left, I was rudely asked to pay. She said to the previous customer that such customers always cause more work.

No coffee again! Coffee machine not serviced. But chatting and giggling. A proper apology was too much to ask. A super cheap excuse came up for this. I'll never enter this store again!

Wouldn't recommend any normal customer to buy anything there, very unfriendly and aggressive employees, like a zoo. Yesterday I observed neutrally how a customer who wasn't even in the store (on the contrary, she was walking to the bus) had cigarettes thrown at her.

From closing the kiosk for 20 minutes because she was in the toilet to being unfriendly with customers, she has a wide range of misbehavior. I will no longer tolerate this behavior as a customer and will report this to Valora AG. Because of these negative experiences, I avoid the kiosk as soon as I see that this woman is working. From other reviews you can read that this woman works at a snail's pace - which I can only confirm. At a location like the Seen train station where the S11 arrives, you can expect the cashiers to work at an appropriate pace - if it were feasible, you wouldn't have to worry about the logistics of the kiosk shortly before the train leaves (putting away goods while the customer is in the store stand) Thank you for taking note of

The person at the checkout was very rude because she had to put coins together.

Not very polite the woman in this shop. I have no voice and she wouldn't help it all. Then she shouted at my dog when my dog was not touching anything. I even tried to be generous by buying sweets even the ones she offered me. She doesn't have no knowledge about the app and I could get my prizes.

A German woman has been working in the kiosk for some time. Since she started the morning shift, I've no longer been able to shop there in the morning. The woman works so slowly that I would otherwise miss my train! It's a shame, but you can go somewhere else.
