Rather zero points... I've never been served such bland, bland food in my life... The tomato/buffalo mozzarella salad was served without any sauce, no olive oil, no salt, no aceto, nadaaa... then that's what I want I liked "Wienerschnitzel" as the crowning glory, the "veal" tasted old and rancid, the fries were soggy.... The price was unreasonable... zero experienced staff... not recommended...

Great meal after a nice walk and visit to the zoo.

A great restaurant right in the Bruderhaus zoo, which can be visited free of charge 24/7 (excluding parking fees). However, the restaurant is very expensive. The dishes are good, no question. But the stand outside in particular is absolutely overpriced. When the weather is nice, the waiting times are sometimes enormous. A week ago I left the queue after 10 minutes. I've never been inside the restaurant, so that's where I'll include my review. I buy an Icetea bottle. And found that the seal on the lid had already been broken and the bottle had already been opened. While drinking, we noticed that the ice tea seemed to have been mixed and filled with a powder mixture. If this were to be the case, it would be a scandal in my opinion.

The food was fine. The pizzas were very large and tasted the way we like them. The rather overstaffed staff is very friendly but very disorganized and seems overwhelmed even though only about 50% of the restaurant is full. The terrace is almost empty. On a day with many visitors, chaos must reign. Maybe time for an upgrade in leadership.

The wildlife park is highly recommended and the playground is great for the children. The price-performance ratio is not family-friendly at the take away stand. 3 chicken nuggets and the fries carelessly dumped on the nuggets for 11.50 Fr., the cheeseburger we ordered was just a hamburger, the burger bun was tasty, but the contents were bad, the sauce was tasteless and there was a lot too little. It's just a shame when such a great destination offers disappointing cuisine. We'll go again, but we'd take our own food with us, there are barbecue areas in the area.

I was at the Bruderhaus restaurant today with my 3 children and I am more than satisfied! Incredibly great service staff, extremely child-friendly. I would always eat at the Bruderhaus restaurant with my children. The food is delicious and you don't have to wait long. Simply great, I haven't been to such a great restaurant for a long time! Thank you for everything! P.s: very cool children's dishes!

Nice for kids and the fries were good too. Unfortunately for us adults, the food wasn't very tasty. The piadina was not good. Unfortunately the tortellini wasn't enough. Soup bland.

Im giving this place 5 starts firstly because of outstanding service and amazingly helpful stuff (super difficult to find in Switzerland) Also the food was delicious, freshly cooked and the best quality. Location is great for hosting events but perfect for having a lunch break as well.

Bruderhaus is visited regularly. Since there is no entry fee :) Only parking fees and possibly food. We only ordered fries, they were hot and tasty. But I think the price was 8.50 Fr./portion with ketchup, for us it was a higher price for a self-service restaurant.

Great place to visit. You should still practice using the deep fryer.

The garden seating area is great: large and mostly in the shade. The food was good and we were all full. There was also a good selection of children's menus for our daughter, which were served quickly.

Enjoyed a delicious lunch. Pizzas were very tasty. What stands out is the friendliness of the employees. Mega child-friendly, the price is rather high - just Zurich standards. Happy to come back!

A very nice place!! ..if you want to see wild animals, you should use off-peak times. On “family days” the noise level is enormous and the animals hide. It is recommended to have coins with you for the parking meter. Even if TWINT was offered, the network failed. 🤪 or without a car, very limited number of parking spaces. Gastro: A thin crepe with Nutella for 12.50, exorbitant! We were outside and to my nose it smelled terrible of frying oil. 🤢

For me, the value for money wasn't right for all the dishes. Unfortunately, the Rösti wasn't completely done either. Service was friendly.

We were there before there were really many guests. Unfortunately we had to wait a long time for our food. Guests who came after us ate before us and left. The portions are actually much larger compared to what you pay. In addition, the food could be much nicer.

Unbeatable, beautiful surroundings (surrounded by forest, great playground, free wildlife park). The food in general is really great! I have never eaten such good pizza anywhere else. We've been coming by regularly for years. The staff is always super friendly, even if they are literally overrun on some days. You can tell that they are a well-coordinated team. They do great work.

Finally a new parking solution, price for PP is ok! I couldn't rate the food because I didn't eat anything.

Mediocre food at high prices (due to the location). Service overwhelmed at peak times. A picnic is recommended when visiting the zoo.

Price/performance for the food is simply not right. The food is average. The prices don't justify the quality. Otherwise very friendly staff.

Went there today with 10 people (reserved). We were immediately greeted and served very courteously. Food was brought very quickly and the plate size was completely sufficient. 1 star deducted because the food wasn't quite hot. The employees are very polite, courteous and there was always someone there who was immediately attentive. Gladly again

Unfortunately, far too expensive for the food. The fries are thin and not homemade, the meat is so-so, the sauces are very thin and should perhaps be thickened with flour or cream. A pity.

Unfortunately you can tell that the tenants have changed. The menu with mostly Italian dishes didn't convince me at all. Especially since the price-performance ratio is not right for me personally. I would like authentic cuisine of good quality. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I'm not sure if I ever gave it a star. We were a larger group that day and even with the drinks it was a total disaster, the conditions brought the wrong thing, sometimes too much, sometimes too little... Anything that was too much was simply put down (someone takes it). The high prices on the menu suggest a good quality of food... Well, what can I say, after we waited for over 1.5 hours, the food gradually arrived. My food was forgotten and served again 15 minutes later. My wife ordered perch for CHF 36.-!…. The pictures speak for themselves. I haven't experienced anything so unappetizing for such a price in a long time... Unfortunately, it tasted as good as it looked. My venison pepper was... well I don't know, because the sauce was too salty, the meat was swimming in it and you couldn't really taste it. Oh yes, side dishes were brought for almost every dish, I forgot and finally after asking 2-3 times. I can't understand the 5* recessions, have we had a bad day? Was the cook absent? Or are you overwhelmed with a large group? Yes, then, it communicates! Since apparently larger groups cannot be handled, why offer a la carte? The service was sometimes very friendly, sometimes strangely cheeky. But quite okay. I would have liked to give one more star here, but price/performance and everything else brings the rating down enormously. Since it wasn't my party and I didn't want to disrupt the celebration unnecessarily, I saved myself one or more comments. I couldn't resist saying things like: “If you forgot my food, leave it, I'll go to McDonald's later.” I myself will avoid the restaurant and if I am invited again, I will definitely give the restaurant another chance. Continued success.

I've been back for a long time and am very positively surprised: moderate prices, good food (e.g. tasty soft ice!) and friendly service. I was used to it differently from before.

Admission free. The parking space costs but is very cheap. The park is very well maintained and the animals have very large and natural enclosures. We were lucky enough to see 2 wolves. A great experience

We were able to celebrate our 2022 employee event in the Bruderhaus restaurant. The event was brilliant, perfectly organized from A to Z. From the aperitif to the main course to the fine dessert buffet - simply wonderful! Thank you for the great time and your attentive and loving hospitality - we will definitely be back! Food good, service great! The prices absolutely correspond to the quality and location - after all, we are in a free-to-use wildlife park with modern infrastructure and a huge playground. But I would particularly like to emphasize the service: All employees at all stations are always motivated, professional and totally warm - every time! Keep it up!

Waited along time for our meals, only to have three of our meals delivered to another table. Then we had to wait while they cooked our meals again. Not good.

Super-friendly service and fine food. I am very happy that the Bruderhaus restaurant has finally become (children) friendly. Now you can enjoy a coffee break after visiting the park and playground.

Brunch is okay, but not great. But if I pay 36.- per person and then another 6.- extra for water, then I feel ripped off!

The Bruderhaus restaurant is right next to the park. It's an Italian restaurant and the employees try hard to make it seem like they're Italian. However, the tenants are from the Balkan region, which has absolutely no influence. The employees are quite friendly and do their work well. The food is average, not particularly good but not bad either. It would be good for fast food, but definitely not enough for a restaurant in this price range. The portions could also be a little larger. We paid CHF 70 for a lunch menu, 1x Wienerschnitzel, 2x drinks, 2x espresso (on the house).

For a rest in the forest, quite good. Expensive but good. Food nothing special but also good.

Today we were convinced that in the Bruderhuus you can definitely get friendliness, attentiveness, fast service and good coups. This time our trip to the zoo was not marred by an inability to have coffee. Many thanks to the great waiter who even took the time to take a group photo of us. Keep it up and we'll always be happy to come back to you.

Nicely located restaurant, especially nice with a terrace in summer. The restaurant depends on the service... we've had really nice and great experiences, but unfortunately we've also had the opposite. It's a shame, because the "surroundings" would be absolutely inviting

We would have been happy with a “house coffee” (Lutz, Schümlipflümli or something like that). The service lady didn't understand what we wanted. There was thick black coffee with 2cl of plums without a whipped cream crown. It would be great to offer something like that in the drinks selection. Bruederhuuskafi, for example. 😉 otherwise great.

2 hour wait, poor quality at inflated prices! Never again! At the ice cream stand we advertised Mövenpick ice cream, but it is a cheap variety and borders on fraud! Someone should clean it up!

2 hours after ordering, the food finally arrived (gnocchi with tomato sauce), 25 minutes later than the other people at the table (6 others at the table, everyone got something every 5 minutes one after the other). The argument for why they were so slow was that they lost the papers in the kitchen). It's a shame, the location would be good.

Unfortunately bad. Went to the Bruderhaus with the children today and wanted to enjoy an aperitif on the terrace. Were ignored for 10 minutes even though there was enough staff and the terrace was pretty educational. It was better to clean the same tables several times and with other guests spoken.
