Unfortunately I have to say that I didn't like my stay because the staff was unfriendly, there were long waiting times and I was given the wrong coffee... not recommended!

Me and three of my friends wanted to warm up and drink some hot chocolate at this restaurant. When two of us didn't want to order anything, we were thrown out of the store on the grounds that the costs for water and electricity etc. couldn't be covered by themselves and that there was no point in the four of us sitting in this café Then my hot chocolate was snatched out of my hand and we were chased out of the shop.

The employees were extremely unfriendly and threw us out when not all of us ordered something. Our offer to simply buy a few bottles of water was not accepted and we were ignored when we asked what that was about. They said that we didn't all order something that it wouldn't work like that and that we should either all order something sensible now or leave the coffee shop. When we started to argue, our drinks were taken away and we were thrown out.

Lousy service and unfriendly staff

Very nice café, with fine homemade baked goods. Daily changing dishes are also offered for lunch. When the weather is nice, the covered tables can be used outdoors.

4/14/22: Ate at the Plaza again for lunch today. As always, very friendly and attentive service and excellent value for money! The dishes not only look great, they are great too! Compliments to the whole team! 👍👍👍 Happy Easter! Good and inexpensive home cooking. Take-away daily menus for CHF 10.00 are great! 👍 Friendly service!

Unfortunately, the mask requirement is not adhered to. Sometimes the waitress carries it, sometimes not. I've never seen the chef with a mask. Unfortunately a risk for consumers.

I've noticed the friendliness of the service for a long time. Stopped here for lunch every now and then. Came for lunch for the first time today. Excellent a place where everything fits. Food is served hot. Appropriately seasoned. The portion is big enough. Sauce seasoned perfectly. Chicken breast tender and grilled or fried to perfection. Side dishes are placed on the plate crisp and al dente. Really great! And the staff enjoy their job. You don't find things like that that often anymore. Brilliant, keep it up! Disabled parking space in the courtyard behind the cafe. Or underground parking pointed a how. Aldi and DM parking garage.

A treasure trouvaille in the otherwise not exactly inviting Dietikon. “People speak Schwyzerdütsch”. Nice cafeteria with well-groomed customers. The patron himself works in the kitchen. High-quality and delicious cakes, ramequins etc. Beautifully presented menu selection at lunchtime from CHF 14/17. Well located, near train station.

Very bright and comfortable café, friendly staff, always delicious cakes, tarts, croissants, etc.

Regelmässig wenn ich in der nähe von Dietikon bin, besuche ich das Cafe Plaza. Hier gibt es einen super-feinen Cafe der schön präsentiert wird, mit einem hausgemachten Güetzi für nur 4.00 Fr. Ich kann es jedem nur weiterempfehlen, ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

Das Cafe hat eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre. Es gibt viele verschiedene Leckereien oder auch Traditonelle Gebäcke wie das Schoggi-S. Die Bedienung ist immer sehr nett und herzlich, man wird immer mit einem lächeln begrüsst. Ich gehe sehr gerne im Cafe Plaza Essen, es gibt jeden Mittag drei verschiedene Menüs die frisch zubereitet werden. Für eine kurze Mittagspause lohnt sich das Cafe Plaza, weil es einen sehr schnellen Service hat, und sehr gut schmeckt. Was ich persönlich toll finde ist, das man auf der Website die Mittagsmenü schon einen Tag voraus sehen kann. Es gibt auch sehr leckere "ZMORGE"

Alle Gäste werden immer freundlich begrüsst, man fühlt sich sofort sehr gut in diesem Cafe. Alles, was jeden Tag frisch aus der Küche/Backstube kommt, ist anmächelig, sei es der superfeine Nussgipfel ,Apfel im Schlafrock, frisches Birchermüesli, usw. Immer wieder neue Ideen in der Karte! Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich hier sehr gut aufgehoben, einfach supernett. Vielen Dank!

Die Bedienung ist super freundliche & zuvorkommende. Es gibt drei verschiedene Menu mit wahlweise Salat oder Suppe. Das Essen ist deshalb auch immer ganz frisch zudem superlecker & schön angerichtet. Hausgemachte Desserts & süsse wie salzige Wähen sind auch sehr empfehlenswert. Es hat Tische drinnen sowie solche unter Dach oder an der Sonne draussen. Ich bin schon ganz oft über Mittag ins Plaza essen gegangen & finde es auch für kurze Pausen optimal! Hat für mich den besten koffeinfreien Kaffe(von denen gibts nicht viele ;-) !Ich komme wieder!

Die besten Nussgipfel wie auch das weitere Gebäck weit und breit! Natürlich aus der eigenen Produktion. Das Lokal ist wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Und der Empfang sowie der Service immer sehr herzlich! Vielen Dank:-)

Das Café bietet Innen- und Aussensitzplätze, bietet Café, Tee und Kuchen (z.T. selbst gebacken). Der Service ist freundlich und bemüht. Die angeboteten Speisen und Getränke bieten Verbesserungspotential, ebenso dürfte die Bedienung etwas effizienter und somit rascher sein.
