Small, comfortably furnished restaurant near the Baar train station, with a village pub character, is always beautifully decorated during Christmas, carnival etc... dogs and smoking allowed... cheap and good food... motivated, friendly staff.. .barbecue in the garden in summer...

Very unfriendly staff!!! I reserved a room and paid 500 fr and canceled it a day later because I had found an apartment. Still paid 100 for cancellation.?! Impudence! Rip-off beware!!!!!

Icicle cold beer as it should be, fine grilled food (summer), good price / performance ratio, friendly landlady, a little less the landlord who likes to force his rough manner on the customers again and again, but otherwise ok..

Best bar in the Zug/Baar area. Great selection of local beers are awesome prices (average 6chf a large bottle). Ambience is awesome with the owners having a bbq available and great little menu which is bbq’d fresh. Owners damn friendly! Love it

The Baarburg restaurant is one of the few smoking restaurants. It is very small and homely. The service is very attentive and friendly. The food is very good and the portions are very large. It's worth it, I highly recommend visiting the pub once.

A super cool place, with clean toilets and quick service. There is delicious food, cool drinks, and an outdoor beer garden. I always enjoy going there. Coziness and nice guests.
