Owner's hospitality is beyond imagination, he is multilingual, so try your own language with him, it is fun. There is a big choice of dishes, apetizers, portions are big, perfectly seasoned and spiced. Owner not only serves great meals but jokes, chat and always make sure You are content. Bonus pizza pie and sweets are simply superb. If I ever get back to Rheinfall I will most certainly visit again.

Was there for the first time the day before yesterday. The owner was super friendly. the meat was grilled in front of me and looked great. For 39.- I initially thought it was too much, but in the end we ate it as a couple and were full. Meat great, rice great, salad and sauces too. Finally something other than kebab or pizza. Will 100% come back

I ordered something home for the first time today and it was outstanding! The chicken was perfectly grilled and tender on the inside. The price of CHF 30 is high, but it's a huge portion and great quality!

I ordered from Eat and I have to say, I'm really impressed. I order regularly and this was by far the best thing I've ever received. The hummus was creamy and authentic, truly outstanding. The Baba Ganoush as well. The grill plate was grilled to perfection, extremely tender and full of flavor. Very tasty rice and grilled peppers were also delivered. My wife has been raving about the mousse au chocolat all evening. Simply excellent and highly recommended!

The restaurant has been in Schaffhausen for a year. There were five of us there with the children. The food tasted very good and the people were very friendly and tried hard to look after the children. The portions are huge. The Buriani with lamb is incredible and if you like rice you will really enjoy it. Apart from that everything is Halal. Highly recommended.

It was such a wonderful experience …we went from Basel to Schaffhausen just to enjoy the fabulous food and the delicious flavours . A great thanks to the chef and all the staff because they opened the restaurant on their off day for us ,really appreciated.

Amazing food , it was delicious. We ordered mixed grills with different cold appetisers. The fresh bread was yummy and the stuffed veggies were perfect. The baqlava and the black tea were the perfect desert. The restaurant has a very nice ambience. The chef Yousef was super nice and very generous with the food. We had a short conversation with him and you could tell that he’s ha he’s working man. Overall we had a wonderful time.

Food was very tasty and there were huge portions. The lamb was very tender and the bread tasted delicious. Service was very friendly and the Çay after the meal tasted very good. Chairs were very comfortable. Definitely coming back.

We randomly found this place after a while day of visiting the city and the waterfalls. And it was fantastic! The owner was extremely welcoming and surprised us at the end with traditional Iraq/Kurdish black tea, tasted amazing. Portions were large and especially meat well prepared. The restaurant has a lot Middle -Eastern decorations that are unique and make for a pleasant time. I highly recommend it to everyone.

My review is a bit late. This is one of the finest restaurants we visit in terms of food, hospitality and kindness. The staff is excellent and kind hearted. We entered the restaurant post lunch hour and Chef was about to break for his lunch. Irrespective of this he welcomed us in the restaurant and served us a great meal. Both vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes are tasty. I look forward to visit this restaurant in future. Thank you for your kindness and great food.

Our experience at this restaurant was special Our order was a mixture of meat, chicken tikka, potatoes and salad, and the taste was rich and delicious. We were honored to deal with the workers in the restaurant, especially Brother Youssef Omar, with the utmost respect and kindness. We were pleasantly surprised to stumble upon this gem. The owner is a humble man who loves to help as much as he could to create a good experience. He made all the food fresh and the combination of flavors blew me away! He made a mistake with my order and was MORE than accommodating. He finishes your meal with complimentary tea and a couple manufactured sweets. The atmosphere was authentic and captivating and he made sure that the volume and type of music was to our liking. I would highly recommend trying this place out!!

The restaurant was a very pleasant surprise. We went to visit the falls and as it was around lunch time, we thought to give it a try as we like oriental food. The portions were generous and the food very tasty, we loved it. On top of that, the person serving was super friendly and helpful, he made us feel very comfortable. Highly recommend! The service, the food, the location are all excellent. 5-7 minute walk from the Falls, right in the center of the Village. The food is so tasty and flavorful, we loved our meals.

kubideh was okay but juje and chenje kebab were super salty they put fork and messer on the table which was not clean than putting them on a handkerchief. they do not accept card. overll so salty food. price is good portions are wo big.

A very beautiful Iraqi restaurant.. I had lunch there today with the family... I thank brother Youssef and sister Hoda for the excellent service, beautiful food and warm hospitality... The restaurant contains historical pictures of brotherly Iraq... a restaurant as well as a museum... and the furniture is old and beautiful, inspired by the past... I will definitely visit the restaurant again. If you visit the Rhine Falls in the coming years

Super tasty food. Very quick and friendly service. The tea is also very special. The quantity is so much and we couldn’t even finish 2 dishes. We are 2 and a 4 year old child. Highly recommended.

It was incredibly hot and my children were upset because it had been awhile since we ate. My daughter also has a disability and can be quite loud—we never know how people will react to her. The owner and other restaurant workers (may have been family) were so incredibly kind to my children. Brought out some candy right away to help calm them down. Very helpful with menu since we don’t speak German. The food was delicious, fresh, and filling. Great lamb kebab and vegetarian platter. Excellent mango smoothie. The hospitality and kindness was unbeatable and we so appreciated it! Highly recommend!

The first restaurant I enjoyed eating, I spent 5 days in the Black Forest region, Germany, France and Switzerland, and the first restaurant I found in food that was second to none.

They don’t accept card payments (only cash) and they don’t provide an invoice. I got trouble to pay them with cash. I will never ever visit it again.

We had Beryani Lamb & the Kuzi Lamb. At the beginning there was a soup and a salad plate, which we enjoyed very much and provided a perfect template for the main course. The main course tasted very well and the highlight was the extremely tender lamb. At the end there was Iraqi tea and a variety of sweet treats. The dates with tahini were our favorite. The furniture is extremely comfortable and invites you to linger. We had a wonderful time in this restaurant. Thank you for the service and for the exceptional food.

I can only recommend the food to you. We had Biryani Lamb & the Iraqi Kebab. The lamb was so tender, the biryani so flavorful. There were also delicious grilled vegetables, onions, salad and rice! The hummus is super delicious😍 The delivery arrived super quickly. Max. 30 minutes
