Bacio Nero in Yverdon-les-Bains

We had 2 pizzas. One was burnt, the other wasn't baked properly and that for over 20 CHF. THE WORST PIZZA I EVER HAD! The atmosphere wasn't inviting either: bright lights, music that was too loud, etc. It's a shame that this restaurant doesn't live up to its rating.

Cinzia to change its name to Batti Cuore and I love its new emblem. Bravo Cinzia for your restaurant.

Very pleasant atmosphere and their perfect Italian cuisine They cook non-stop, I was able to eat at 2 p.m. without any problem ^^! The grilled vegetables are incredible I recommend The paninis are very generous, I recommend it to the big eater!

A stop here and a discovery because it offers gluten-free pizza! Vegetables from the market and made fresh, delicious. I will come back, thank you for this warm welcome :)

Mozzarella Buffon Bruschetta Eaten at lunchtime, the mozzarella was slightly sour, the waitress pointed out to me that she had run out of bread, but switched to toast bread, but then toasted it extra, despite it being very tasty. The waitress was alone at this point and despite how good the quality was.

Refreshing frozen joghurts in the middle of a heatwave, served by a very friendly lady! You can sit outside, while looking straight ahead at the Château d'Yverdon!

Great restaurant where you feel like you’re in Italy

It was enough for me to stop for a few minutes at Bacio Nero while the smiling owner handed me her homemade ice cream and for us to exchange a few sentences for me to have a very pleasant memory of my visit. Bacio chocolate ice cream is delicious!

We go to this place mainly to eat ice cream, it feels like we're in Italy, they're so good 😁. As for the food, we only had pasta with pesto once, the pasta was al dente but the pesto nothing more...

Healthy and tasty cuisine. Whether it's pasta or pizza, they will delight you A very good value for money. I recommend the pistachio dessert.

While passing through the city, we quickly stopped at this charming little place. The window is tempting even for a little eater like me. We only tasted the ice cream, because of the heat. They were good. What we remember is the pleasant kindness of the lady who served us. Thank you for these smiles. Good little place to stop with the family too, clean toilets with something to take care of the baby. The good smell of pizza made us want it.

We came to enjoy homemade ice cream/sorbet. We were delighted! The ice creams and sorbets were simply to die for! Generous, delicious portions taken on a pretty little terrace. The owner was very welcoming, smiling, it was very pleasant. Their coffee is also excellent! To test! We will come back!

Great Italian food. Warm atmosphere

If you choose a pastry in the window, ask for it without filling... There were beautiful mille-feuilles and they served them to us in bowls with cream and a topping that was too sweet and without any interest.

A very pleasant place in summer and winter. A very friendly and welcoming boss. Note that the ice creams in summer are excellent and served generously. One downside, however, last night...it was cold, very cold in mid-December. We order drinks and pastries. Mille-feuilles precisely. Served hot on a large plate with two dashes of cream and a few drizzles of liquid chocolate. These mille-feuilles are really not good, hard and disgusting. We would have liked to have been informed beforehand that these pastries were served hot even though we had chosen them in the refrigerated display case where they looked appetizing. A few minutes after we left the restaurant, we had heartburn. I do not recommend!

I went there for Italian specialties like Parmigiana, pizza and cakes which are excellent. I also love arrancini (a very economical way to enjoy). Now I also come there for the filet steak and vegetables. I like meat cooked to perfection and it's not in all restaurants that they maintain the cooking. Try it and you'll see...

Lovely cafe near the centre of the town. We stopped by for some coffee and snacks on a Sunday, when it was one of the few places open. The selection of coffee is wide and interesting, the pastries and cake were also quite tasty. Spacious place with comfortable seating.

I had a great dinner with my 2 friends, we had ravioli and lasagna and desserts as well. The owners are really friendly and kind, and the atmosphere really warm. So all in all we had an awesome experience.

Nous avons commandé via snood 2 pizza et 2 tiramisu.Les pizza étaient très très grasse et une plus une pizza n'était pas la bonne. Et la taille vraiment petit. Concernant les tiramisu... comment dire... c est le pire tiramisu que j ai manger la masse était compact a voir c'était que du mascarpone et la portion vraiment petite pour 8.- . On est vraiment déçus. On ne recommendera plus c'est sur.

Top of the top! I've been a fan of pizza since I was little, and I loved it, it was perfect, the dough and the ingredients excellent. Delicious. The artisanal ice creams are a real delight, the arancini excellent, and I still have the focaccia, tiramisus, crepes, and other things to taste, I'm looking forward to it, but I had a visual preview of all these wonderful things, and mamma mia if I had a bottomless stomach I would have tasted everything my first time :) And the lady who manages all this is a warm and welcoming person, frankly it was a real pleasure to spend in this little gem ''Il Bacio Nero'', I recommend it 200%, especially since it is located near the Castle, it's very pretty and there is also the museum nearby. I will return there regularly, despite the 30 km separating this place from my home.

Nous avons commandé des plats via smood. La commande est arrivée avec 1h de retard et les plats étaient froids. La commande était également erronée et il manquait les dés de jambon avec les pâtes. Concernant le dessert (tarte Nutella), elle devait être périmée depuis 1 semaine, c'était du plastique. A éviter.

Aigreurs d'estomac et maux de ventre toute la nuit à cause d'un plat de rigatoni à la bolognaise (trop cuits de surcroit) qui ne devait vraisemblablement pas être de première fraîcheur. Quant aux sois-disant excellentes glaces, elles sont tellement sucrées que mes dents en grincent encore. Dommage, car le personnel était sympathique, la carte intéressante avec prix corrects et le vin délicieux. Mais être malade après avoir dîné est inacceptable!

Das Essen war effektiv nicht gut. Bei diesem Restaurant sollte es sich auch um einen Spezialitätenladen handeln, was er in gewisser Weise zwar auch ist, da einige Produkte aus Süditalien angeboten werden, doch geschmacklich ist es weit davon entfernt. Mein italienischer Kumpel und ich (ebenfalls Italiener) können dieses Restaurant, ausser für die Glaces, nicht weiterempfehlen.

Sehr feines hausgemachtes italienisches Glace gibt es hier, jedoch aber auch nicht ganz günstig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und gut drauf. Limoncello und Espresso waren auch sehr gut. Für ein Glace sehr zu empfehlen!

Nous venons de sortir de ce restaurant qui est divin, décor magnifique. Comme la gérante le précise la Sicile des Mafiosos Elle se reconnaîtra car ma maman est italienne de Foggia. Humour sensationnel, on se croirait en ITALIE Accueil chaleureux....une patronne et un patron exceptionnelle le service est impeccable. Les glaces une tuerie....c'est trop bon ! La prochaine fois on n' y retournera pour manger. On n' a hâte de retourner dans ce restaurant. Un grand Merci.
