I have been a loyal customer since my first visit to Back-Caffee in Bettlach. I enjoy drinking my coffee there, especially when Michelle is at work. She is an extremely friendly, positive employee who does a great job. There is a positive atmosphere, which I really appreciate.

The employees are very friendly, especially Ms. Mak, she does her job with a lot of passion and impresses with her friendliness. The food is extremely good. I can only recommend it.

We've probably been to Back-Caffee 10 times now for nothing (at both locations). Although they were open until 5 p.m., shortly after lunch there were only 1-2 sandwiches left (they couldn't say whether new ones would come at some point). I really can't understand something like that and it's relatively annoying (never experienced it in a bakery before). We're giving up now...

Very unfriendly staff. I only go to Back-Caffee as an exception because I've had bad experiences in the past. Once you forgot an order for a birthday cake, once the croissants were rather dry in the morning and the staff was unfriendly on every visit. Today I wanted to make an exception and give the back coffee another try despite the bad experiences. Unfortunately, the visit once again confirmed to me that it wasn't a good idea. I just wanted an ice cream and was served very unfriendly by the staff. They don't seem to need to be friendly. to be the customer. It's a shame for the customer and a shame for the owners of the Back-Cafe, because they can't do anything about the behavior of their employees at this moment.

Bread, cakes and more I can't find anything better than Back-Caffee, thank you very much for all the work you do, even on Sundays, thank you again.

Easily accessible bakery with coffee. Large selection of delicious things. The vermicelle tarts and the fondue cake are particularly good. Rich selection of breads and small pastries. Well-organized and friendly team. This company is worth visiting.
