Products good, service flop, customer friendliness below zero. Daughter-in-law orders and receives confirmation with a pickup date of July 14, 2023 at the ShopVille branch. On the day of pickup, the staff has no idea about the order. Once confirmation has been provided, everything will be put together - unfortunately not everything is available. The staff is not aware of any errors and reacts accordingly. Buchmann died for me!

The Zurich juice ham sandwich is, as befits a Zuricher, overpriced. Like some of the products. Because I hardly pay less at Sprüngli. Others, however, are outstanding and true classics. I recommend a plaited sandwich instead of the Zurich. Like everything everywhere, they have become smaller in recent years with the same or higher price, but they are justifiable. But I particularly recommend the local chocolate roll. The staff, on the other hand, often just seems stressed, which may be due to us customers and the location, but still deducts an additional star.

No understanding for people who don't eat pork. I picked up a “too good to go” package. Normally everyone understands if they don't eat pork. There were a total of 6 bags prepared and there were enough rolls in the display cases, but I still couldn't change my bag. They were also extremely unfriendly and unmotivated. NO THANKS!!!!! I'm sure I won't be going shopping there anymore.

Packaged Pinsa is cooked very badly. Zero quality. Mozzarella that looks like cooked egg white. I didn't eat anything. Honestly, for the price I paid, 76 CHF, excessively exaggerated when the quality isn't even there. I DO NOT think I will order here again.
