I've been a Fleischli customer for many years, always super friendly staff and always good bread and rolls. However, for some time now the quality and taste has noticeably declined, the previously crispy Bürli are usually light and white on the outside, tasteless and solid on the inside, other breads such as Skt Galler, Unterländer, ... all taste similar and have strange consistencies. Right down to the Sunday butter plait, which has had to endure the fewest negative changes. And the biggest point of criticism for me is that the Finnish bread is no longer baked. Unfortunately there is no alternative in Dielsdorf other than the well-known, even worse supermarket chains.

A bakery with friendly staff, delicious sandwiches and good coffee. The cornbread with pastrami is highly recommended. There are also different lunch menus every day. Fleischli offers a large selection of delicacies for everyone. Top! I will gladly come again.

ToGoodToGo expiry date blacked out and sold vermicelle expired for 5 days when deciphered. The other edibles had neither the ingredients nor the expiry date on them.

I was at the Fleischli bakery yesterday and will definitely not go there a second time. The staff was extremely unfriendly and rude to the customers. I ordered a butter pretzel that cost 3.50.- I think the price is extremely overpriced. For 3.50 you can get almost a whole loaf of bread. But the worst part of the whole thing was that the pretzel was frozen. So my 4 year old child couldn't eat it at all. I pointed out that it was difficult to eat a frozen pretzel. I was immediately told in an unfriendly manner that everyone was like that and that I should take it that way or leave it alone. It's a shame, but then I'd rather go somewhere else where you'll still receive a friendly welcome and the goods are edible. As a boss, I would take care of the unhappy staff.

As long-standing customers, we believe that we should be treated appropriately, if not in a friendly manner. While Fleischli operates within a higher price range, it does not give any of their staff members the privilege to behave rudely or aggressively. For almost every week, we have been purchasing bread from Fleischli. I have been visiting Fleischli irregularly for 25 years. Always friendly service. You can also order lunch there. The selection of bread and sweets is very large. There is also a small garden area hidden away.

Today we went to Fleischli in the café in Dielsdorf. It's just not possible that the prices for self-service are the same or higher than when there was service. But that's not possible at all, depending on the saleswoman you get a biscuit with the coffee you ordered or not! We used to go to Fleischli regularly. But today for the last time. There are several and much better bakeries with cafés in the area! Bye meaty!

Had Sunday brunch. Homemade confit top. Various breads, croissants etc. Quantity is totally sufficient. Unfortunately, the tables are relatively fully booked, so it's better to reserve in advance. We were lucky to find a place.

What used to be sensational, but today unfortunately no longer ideal for families with children. There is no more service at the table, the children's play corner has been removed and the few reading and meal items are broken and not maintained. Unfriendly service. The prices have also become more expensive for less service?! It's a shame ☹️

Fleischli-Dielsdorf: The Sunday brunch disappointed me.. * I called first and was told that there was a shortage of places and that you had to make a reservation (12:15). When we arrived, over 2/3 of the seats were free... I feel a bit ripped off. When registering for a table, the employee was jumpy and nervous. When we showed our certificate and ID, the news was explained to us. You can sit at the table and you have to get everything yourself and you have 2 drinks free per person. Before Corona, you were served, everything was just friendlier and nicer. You can/are allowed to operate again now, I don't understand that. Employees walk around enough. Quality also gave up. Old Birchermüesli, salmon was also a bit discolored, well everything wasn't bad. Why you can no longer choose the egg variants is incomprehensible, you're saving money in the wrong place! Personally, I didn't feel comfortable, it had a canteen atmosphere. What a shame! The price is okay, 27.- is really possible. But as I said, the selection is manageable. Dear Fleischli team, go back to your old style, then more tables will be occupied again!

Bakery: Price-performance ratio is not right for us. Some products are very fine, but not special. The bread is always rock hard the next day and no longer edible. You're also lucky if you encounter friendly service.

Last year my ice cream cake melted. This year decorations were made on it. I specifically wrote in the email that I didn't want any decorations. I also said it verbally twice. Unfortunately, because the cake has decorations, I can't put the picture of what was actually on it. I think it's a real shame. That you can't just leave the cake natural when you know there's more to it. Since something went wrong with the ice cream cake every time, I will no longer celebrate my birthday with a cake from Fleischli.

The current service strategy in the café & shop is very complicated, some of the staff are unfriendly. I recently bought 250 gr. RUCHBRORT 3 times on different days, just hard, not fresh, and very expensive. Couldn't even eat half of it. WOODFALLER BREAD Migros Dielsdorf TOP BREAD for 1.75 very fresh.
