It's completely different in Oerlikon, where the staff has been extremely friendly for years and service is 100% implemented there.

I have been a regular customer in WLN since it opened. This Fleischli branch fed me through the hangover on Sunday mornings in the 20s. Now the children are being fed. Everything has its way... The bread products are high quality and have become the same if not better over the years. There are also long-term staff. Here too, the quality has remained the same and has even improved. No joke. This is positive. Home base or not, maintaining the level for such a long time is extremely hard work. Keep going.

No matter what time in the morning I want to order, it has always taken more than 5 minutes. Waiting period! Incredible when you consider that this is nothing new and that many working people want to get their coffee. Finally increase your staff, savings are being made in the wrong corners!

I have been here multiple times for breakfast, they have a wide variety of cold sandwiches, pastries, breads, crossaints and other bakery items. Over sometime, I had tried multiple sandwiches, breads, crossaints, pastries, all were really good and filling too.

I came into the bakery and 4 employees were standing together behind the counter and chatting, especially the fat one with black curly hair. I called then hello. Only then was I served then

I only go to this bakery if I have to. For my taste the bread is ok but certainly NOT worth the outrageous prices charged. I am not a big fan of sandwiches in general - not the Swiss forte - with limp bits of lettuce and the obligatory gherkin so paying CHF 7 and upwards for something I could knock up for 1/2 irks me. They also never change their selection: boring. But what annoys me the most: whoever designed this place should be fired. The place with the most customers, so the bakery itself, is tiny and there is a lot of subtle ellbowing to get served in proper sequence and when you turn round, the next customer is on top of you. Not during the pandemic, that system worked well and is actually what that tiny space needs. When I was last there, they seemed to be baffled at my request for either lactose free or oat milk. How can this be customer centric? And how can people rave about this place?

When it comes to the salads that were sold on Monday from before the weekend as fresh and at full price, I also find this very questionable from a hygienic point of view. --An absolute no go! Attention: allow a lot of time on the way to work in the morning. Slowly, slowly, slowly. The huge snake doesn't seem to bother anyone. There really isn't anything like this anywhere else. Please organize yourself better during these short peak times between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. (when the few trains arrive) and please do the whole thing a little quicker.

The Fleischli bakery makes great bread. Unfortunately there is no homemade gluten-free bread here (but there is in another bakery in Wallisellen). If you buy bread here you can't go wrong.
