Bad quality ice cream. Literally just ice, not creamy at all.

A lovely place to take a break in between shopping. The ice cream as well as the bubble waffles were amazing, very tasty. The coffee was well made and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend to pay a visit anytime you’re there!!

Not normal! After being a loyal customer for over 10 years, I have to say that today was the LAST time we were there. The constant change probably wasn't so good. We often went there for lunch and treated ourselves to a snack, focaccia, which was great and beautifully prepared , nice service.. well, today we found out that there are only such "pizza rolls" left, neither had tomatoes nor mozzarella, some factory food with powdered tomatoes.. For 7.50.-! Mine was still frozen that my colleague burned.. Rock hard, couldn't be cut with a knife (!!) it's just BREAD, bad bread, not food with (as advertised) tomatoes, mozzarella and ruccola.. Version with chicken too funny, a slice of cold chicken cold cuts... It's a joke, right?! What a shame! We returned the food because it was inedible! The lady didn't even ask if everything was OK. No, they pocketed the money and quickly gained land, so she definitely doesn't want to be asked about what's going wrong here! It's a shame, but yes -2 regular customers! It's a shame, you used to be really good...

The visit to Gelateria Leonardo Glattzentrum was a real highlight. The ice cream tasted wonderfully Italian and the service was quick and attentive. I can only recommend this gelateria.

Beautifully presented and fine ice cream. I think it's a shame that you can't divide a ball into two flavors for the children. 2 scoops for one child are simply too much...You can do that in almost every gelateria, but unfortunately not here

Nothing needs to be said about the excellent quality of the ice cream, but when three waiters have a customer in the bar area and the waitress is still unwilling to take the order for a frappé (but points to the queue at the ice cream counter as the place to take the order), it seems customer focus has recently taken a bit of a hit... after all, you can order from Starbucks.

The gelati are extremely tasty! I would give 5 stars for that. The service is bad. My wife and I both ordered something after waiting 20 minutes. My Coupe Denmark came first and 5 minutes later my wife's Bubble Waffle arrived. If I had waited, my ice cream would have already melted. The person sitting next to us ordered before us and only got his after us. I also ordered a ball from Coupe Denmark, but two came anyway and they said that the price for one or two was exactly the same. As I said: very tasty, but poor service.

Nice place to sit and drink coffee or eat tasty ice cream. Wide range of flavors. Friendly staff. Enough table to sit down if it is not too crowded in Glattzentrum.

A beautifully presented store with a wide range of offerings. From coffee to water to ice cream specialties, everything is available. The employees present are nicely dressed and friendly. The products (a coffee and an ice cream) taste good and I would buy them again. A return visit or a visit is worth it.

Had to queue up for a bubble waffle and then wait half an hour after paying to get it. Rip off prices. 2,50 extra just for a squirt of chantilly/schlagrahm

I've been very satisfied for several years, but the woman who served me today (the deputy...!!) booked the food drink "double" (CHF 81 for three double gintonics) was neither that flexible nor friendly... I'm a completely different person I've been paying the price for this for years, she had no understanding and was impatient and unfriendly... huge disappointment for the business... after several years I'll never come back because of her...

Totally overloaded opens 2 rows. And suddenly one of them stops serving you and leaves customers with no information. Unfortunately we weren't served and then left. You will never see me as a customer again.

In the Glattzentrum Wallisellen, a good meeting place with extravagant dessert sweet creations... A special experience.

This bubble waffle is a great dessert! It is prepared very quickly and the price-performance ratio is also right. Very nice service, only because of the Corona measures there were hardly any seating options.

The best ice cream! But!!!!! The worst waiting times! On my second visit there were two employees talking to you in the morning but no one was serving you. I had to ask if I could order ice cream. Last week we waited 15 minutes until we were finally asked what we wanted. Now 4 employees but no fast service. I looked at the clock and after 7 minutes I ran away without ice! It's a shame because the ice cream was really good. 😞

The Leonardo team, especially a lovely employee from Austria, decorated their own creative ice cream creation on a fruit platter and presented fine vanilla and strawberry ice cream balls in a small mini coupe. It's a shame you can't give stars! It's nice to stand in line and customers who push forward are given priority! Absolute no go! When I asked the saleswoman if she thought this was fair, she just said "no". I won't buy ice cream here anymore!

The ice cream was delicious, there's nothing wrong with it. Unfortunately, the waiting time was very long and the staff were very short due to obvious overload.

I just had to wait for a friend, so it didn't bother me at all. The wallet had nothing to hold.
