Today I tried homemade chocolate drink with cream, super tasty 😋

Basically good coffee...However, much too expensive, rather cramped in the bistro, not very comfortable... Staff is good...

The raisin cookies look like a toddler's first attempt at baking. Not even supermarket level in terms of taste. I'm not sure whether I should find it brave or rather cheeky to ask for money for something like this.

I understand that working on Sundays isn't so nice, but you shouldn't let customers feel this and show a bit of friendliness when someone inquires about the product range.

Unfortunately there are no fee stamps for waste bags, which was available with the predecessor. So I just take the car to the Coop and buy the bread there - unfortunately there is no ambience. Bistro seems very empty. The range isn't the burner either - some gas station shops have a larger range at a cheaper price with the same quality.

Too expensive and the welcome is cold.

We were at Flury Beck for the first time. Cheesecake delicious. Service friendly. But I liked the café better before. I don't think the tables with high chairs are that great. Nor that you can hear the staff discussing the fact that they found something that had been expired for 3 days. Basically not tragic. As a guest, you still don't want to hear something like that.

On January 5th, 2024 I visited the Flury bakery to enjoy a coffee and a croissant/sandwich. I like this cafe. I'll drink more of my coffee there. Keep it up The staff is friendly and everything looks clean!

The range is much smaller than at Chrigu Beck. You could generate a lot more sales, the offer would be expanded and depending on the employee the service is good or not so good. I would also like a little more patience for new customers, e.g. of small bread etc. to show and explain this

Some of the normal tables and chairs were removed and replaced with bar tables and bar stools, which is not possible for the older guests

Start the morning with a surprise tower, have a delicious sandwich for lunch, choose a delicious lunch menu and for dessert a sweet ice cream or something "gourmet" from the display case - then you've eaten your way through the large selection. I'm sure you liked everything. But you can also just have a drink and you are very welcome.

We came to Bern from Zurich and made a small stop at Chrigu Beck. We received a very friendly welcome and the goods were perfect. The friendly gentleman was very accommodating and incredibly friendly and patient with us. I've never had such friendly service at a bakery as I did there. Great thank you

Wow! We were speechless! The Schlossblick branch has made a 180 degree turnaround! Chapeau really great cinema!! Lunch menus/food/desserts are delicious and look like they were prepared by a gourmet chef! Lovingly down to the smallest detail! The two who run the branch harmonize so incredibly well and this probably has an impact on the whole team! Every employee is always in a good mood and has often helped me get a great start to the day since I've been back! Thank you

The pastries were delicious, the service was very nice, but unfortunately the hot chocolate didn't taste like anything, as if water had been used instead of milk, which is a shame!

I go shopping at the Schlossblick branch regularly, and occasionally for lunch and coffee. In general I am also very satisfied. However, the service has been poor for some time now. You want to order something, the waitress sees the empty glasses and cups, but just looks at you stupidly and keeps walking. The empty dishes are also not cleared away. In most cases it is always the same lady. Clearly she is not an expert. It's a shame, sales could certainly be higher. So I'll just go in, pay and make myself another coffee at home. 🤷

Every time in 2020 I was treated very courteously in the store and in the café - no matter how many customers were in line. The quality of the baked goods is very good and the fresh pastries on Sunday mornings are always a real pleasure! The protection concept was implemented in an exemplary and completely calm manner - some shops in Burgdorf can follow this example. Price-performance ratio is absolutely appropriate: because this is not a frozen baked product, but handcrafted - as far as I can judge it as a layman. Thanks!

I can only boast: the service is always friendly, even early in the morning the Chrigubeck people are there to answer various customer requests! However, as a pensioner, I am usually just a financially insignificant customer: for my breakfast I get my yoghurt (from the Koppigen village cheese dairy!) for my muesli and on Wednesdays and Saturdays I get the Aemmechemp, a uniquely cheesy bread that is available on those days! In addition, of course, the Grittibanzen and the fine gingerbread angels etc. also laughed irresistibly at me during these days; They are always happy to come with you as a little Christmas greeting to friends or just to enjoy yourself! Bakery/Tea Room very close to the regional hospital. Waiting for a short transport stop at this Tea Room. Huge choice of pastries, fresh salads, canapes and bircher. Very attentive, charming service. Large selection of magazines and newspapers. Child seat. Outdoor terrace for smokers. Everything is fresh here and comes from their own laboratory.

My favorite bakery. Very varied and fresh goods. They are open every day, even on holiday days, I really appreciate that, because it's not a given. During the week they are open at 6:00 a.m., so you can come by before the morning shift or after the night watch and treat yourself to breakfast. I'm looking forward to eating the freshly homemade vermicelles again in the fall, which unfortunately always go away quickly, but you can even reserve them and come pick them up later. Very friendly and attentive staff.

I had the “Chrigu Burger”. This used to be much better! The bun was dry and (I think) from yesterday. My companion had the schnitzel. This wasn't great either. Partly not quite through... It's a shame... BUT: The Pomeranians are great!! The seasoning mixture is really very successful. The price is ok if they present good burgers and schnitzels again.

Service was nice, waiting time too long, unrehearsed but friendly team, price far too high for the service.
