Almost everything homemade. The Meter-Zopf on the weekend is particularly worth a visit, as it probably surpasses everything we've ever seen before. The “Huusbrot” is also very tasty and so is the patisserie. Nice ambience and nice service 👏🏼👌🏼😋

Very fine selection of various pastries and drinks. The mulled wine is great, the braid is still super fine even after two days and the bread is sensational. We always shop there when we are in Brigels. And the children loved dessert above all else. And the service is also very, very friendly and accommodating.

Lovely bakery with a nice coffee shop, indoors and outdoors. They have good bread and also pastries, local specialties. In the winter they serve home made 'Glühwein' - a nice stop after skiing. A must visit.

Nice bakery in the Surselva region of Switzerland. They offer ice-cream, pastries, drinks and... toys! yes, you read that right! You can take your kids there, go alone, with friends, family, everything! its a small, but still spacious enough bakery, however if the weather is nice theres just a few spaces outside, but that was the only thing a little disappointing! however the pastries and the ice-cream surely made up for it!

If you've never been to this bakery before, be sure to order the apple pie. What a culinary delight! The staff is nice and in summer you can eat and drink something in front of the restaurant. The selection is very good and you would want a bakery like this in many communities.

Without exaggerating, I am of the opinion that you get bread here that is among the best in Switzerland! Our favorites are the Sonnenbrot and the Balasto, both first class. On the way from the lowlands to Sumvitg we often take a detour to Breil to buy bread, which is always worth it. I'd love to come back and keep doing what I'm doing!

Very fine bread, our tip is the “world class” spelled barley bread. The new restaurant is stylishly furnished, with an espresso bar and cafe, really cozy. But the prices are at Zurich level.

Very good almond croissants, butter croissants and nut cakes. The bread is also good, although a bit airy. Efficient operation, even when the store is full. At most, the service could be a little friendlier.

On a recommendation, we went to the Gabriel Bakery early in the morning at half past eight during our vacation. The range was very large, but nothing really seemed appealing. About 10 different large breads, various small rolls, a large selection of patisserie. Quite remarkable for such a small village. We finally decided on fresh butter croissants, pretzel croissants and Weggli. At 8 a.m. we took our first bite at the breakfast table - and were a little disappointed. The pretzel croissants were quite dry. Butter peaks were okay. The Weggli were also okay - but nothing more. I don't want to imagine what it would have been like at 11 o'clock. Maybe it would be better to keep the range a little smaller, but you could pay a little more attention to the freshness quality. Too bad but okay.

Zopf, croissants and bread can also be ordered on Saturday and then picked up from the bakery on Sunday. Summit very good. The almond croissants also taste delicious.
