Fine sandwiches and also patisserie

Yesterday I bought my friend a ham sandwich that only had one slice of ham in it. I find that questionable for the price.

We were there on Sunday. The staff seemed aloof or stressed. The cappuccino was good, but something very small and nothing special. The pain au chocolat was smaller than my fist and super boring, it could have come from a discount store. It's a shame that a local baker with a good reputation can no longer stand out with his products.

I really like the Grellinger bakery with the great new coffee and the staff, they are very nice and attentive. I can highly recommend it.

Not recommended, had two sandwiches. Rolls were cold, like they were freshly baked and kept in the refrigerator. Sandwitch = 1 roll, a little butter and a slice of sausage 🙄😉 Staff was nice. I was here again after about 15 years and was really looking forward to the fresh, perfect sandwiches. It's a shame and disappointing.

Sandwich and caffe latte were okay. But I was disappointed that my dog ​​didn't get any water when I asked. Maybe you should think about getting a bowl. I was directed to the fountain, whereupon I explained that my dog ​​couldn't get up. Still no water. It's a shame that next time I'm going for a walk I'll go for a different coffee place. So far I've never had any problems getting water for my four-legged friend.

Definitely too expensive for the performance. for the 'goods' received. Käsesilserli very dry. Sandwich with 'Mexican chicken' very bland and little filling. The only positive thing; The meat comes from the Jenzer butcher shop.

The waitress ran to the back several times without comment (even when I was in the middle of a sentence). Not accommodating, not a friendly impression. I would have understood if there had been a stressful situation, but I was the only customer in the store. When I answered yes to the question about a receipt, I didn't receive the billing statement but rather a payment confirmation. My very first unsatisfactory/bad review. As a neighbor, I have been a customer at the confectionery for years; The selection of sweets and baked goods is excellent! Today I had the day off and wanted to do something good for myself and treat myself to breakfast. I happily go to Grellinger. Friendly greeting, I was all alone in the interior. The card was brought. I had a large breakfast for 3:50 p.m. and politely asked if I could swap the Bircher muessli, which I didn't like, for a cheaper egg. I was dealt with a cold and categorical no. The service specialist had no desire or no competence to make a decision!!! The breakfast was ok, processed cheese!, watery orange juice, croissants were like they were baked (carton). Not what I was used to from Grelliger! Then I started looking around. Salt and pepper mill broken, tables and chairs clean but heavily scuffed. (See image) I don't blame the staff, who are quite professional. I recommend that management give your staff more leeway for customer requests, or if necessary, explain that customers have different needs than what is written on a card! We're not in the GDR! By the way, happy customer = good business! I'll certainly never eat breakfast here again - now that I'm gone I have to think about who I can push the unloved Bircher muessli on ;-(

The one with the long brown hair who serves me every Saturday morning is sometimes really unfriendly, in contrast to the blonde one in the black blazer who is extremely friendly. I always order a large drink but always get it in a small one so she doesn't understand the difference between large and small. Overall it's a good bakery.

Grellinger has very fine cakes and quiches and sandwiches of all kinds. I'm here for a quick lunch, which I eat outside despite the cold. Family business with top qualities!

You can buy very fresh bread here. These cannot be compared with the bread from the discount stores, which soon dry out. The breads here last much longer and are also very tasty. The sandwiches are fresh and all very good. These cannot be compared with those from the supermarket either. The cakes and tarts are also fresh and prepared with love. The price is a little higher than in the discounter, but it's definitely worth it.

Today the young boss was rude. Ran in front of my feet and didn't say hello. It's a shame...Otherwise I usually go shopping or have a drink at your place. Today again, like the last visits, she was rude again (didn't say hello, kept you waiting for a long time and served in a totally unmotivated way). Completely unlike her mother.

The Grellinger bakery has the absolutely WORLD'S BEST rhubarb cream ever!!! No matter what time of day, great service and very friendly staff. Always my pleasure.

The morning meal taken from a hotel on the weekend (voucher) without Birchermüesli ready, without butter & confi was suffocating! It's a shame when you take on such a task and the guest only gets 2 dry rolls with an orange juice to wash them down and a coffee for their nerves, c'est tout!
