Great location right in the middle of Gränichen. The parking spaces are directly in front of the entrance. The best thing is the cream cherry cake, which was created by the then owner Wolleb in honor of Gränich Federal Councilor Hans Schaffner. Schaffner was a member of the Federal Council from 1961 - 1969. The cake is highly recommended. That's why I give it five stars!!!

Federal Council cake is still top. Everything else has gotten worse since Wolleb. I bought a dry braid there 3 times on Sundays. Croissants aren't earth-shattering either. I don't know whether Hächler Seengen in Gränichen sells rejects. Doesn't come close to the quality of Ruckli. I would recommend approaching the whole thing a little more lovingly and with baked goods from Gränichen.

I've only been living in Gränichen for a few months but won't be visiting this bakery again. I've already had some negative experiences in a short time. There was a long hair stuck to the croissant. Another time I was served in a friendly manner and when your (I assume boss) came, your employee said "I'll do it!" turned away. At home I noticed that this “boss” had packed the wrong thing. Glass at the entrance has been broken for months. Bought Schwarwelder today. What was packed for me was not a piece that I could see in the display case, but a piece that she took out from under the counter with one handle!?!. It didn't look that nice and I had the impression it was smaller too. Depending on the staff serving, the friendliness is sometimes more or less. The taste of the products was okay, but not anymore... all in all, disappointing. I'd rather drive one village further next Sunday.
