Service is very bad. There was a local party. Wasn't visible online. We were cycling and spontaneously decided to grab something to eat. We were greeted grumpily by the waiter: “Next time we have to make a reservation.” Although there were still 6 tables or more available for guests like that. The entire staff was extremely stressed and not friendly. What was ordered was not delivered. Maybe you'll close down completely for such events in the future or hire more staff? Or it is simply due to a negative working atmosphere.

We were at the Rütihof for the first time today, the playground is really great, lots of play options and lots of animals. We were totally disappointed with the restaurant, the employees are extremely unsympathetic and completely overwhelmed. Maybe too few employees and therefore so stressed that they seem unsympathetic. We waited 30 minutes for the dessert menu, but it was never brought, so we got the menu ourselves from the waiter, then we had to wait another 30 minutes until we could order, but the ice creams are really very tasty. Unfortunately there is no children's dessert, which would be a must for a place like this. When we paid we were then given an incorrect bill, which according to the statement wasn't the first time that happened that day. Conclusion: The playground is really recommended! However, you can save yourself a visit to the restaurant. Just a little info: you are not allowed to consume your own drinks or food on the playground.

What a party! We celebrated our wedding at the Rütihof and our expectations were far exceeded. The location at Mulischür was a dream. The whole organization and process with Flora and Andreas was so uncomplicated, exactly as we had hoped. Thanks to the whole Rütihof team for this unforgettable celebration.

Went there with a group for a birthday and were thrilled by the size of this inn. It has a lot of adventure opportunities for the children, various restaurants that can be used for parties. The main restaurant also has a terrace from where you can watch the children playing. The food was good and the service was very friendly.

We spontaneously managed to get two places on Sunday. Super nice service, delicious food! The only small "minus": since we came to shift change we had to wait quite a long time for food. This time could easily have been shortened by bringing the small starter salad earlier. But that shouldn't change the rating. It was a great experience and we would love to come back! Ps. This was my first visit as "just eating". I already knew the Rütihof several times through company dinners with Olympics... I would have given it 5 stars every time too

Beautiful facility, as well as the restaurant. Pony rides for the little ones, great playground. Higher price range for food, no picnic allowed. It's a shame you can't watch the Farmers' Olympics or sit in the garden restaurant everywhere because it's too far away for service. Ps: We only wanted to watch the Olympics briefly and not accompany it! Regarding the picnic, it was information and not a complaint. The service team was great, which unfortunately cannot be said about the owner. When we asked why tap water! in a carafe were billed at 6.00 CHF, we were faced with an impudent owner. He didn't listen to our arguments at all about more direct communication about prices (unfortunately I didn't see any information about this on the drinks menu)! I can understand that it is currently very difficult to run a restaurant to cover costs, but you shouldn't treat your guests like parasites who want everything for free. And as an owner you should at least have some sensitivity to the situation and be able to appreciate your guests. A pity!!!

Unfortunately, the boss is very arrogant and ONLY appreciates the people HE KNOWS........that was NEVER the case with his parents in the past......I actually wanted to have a nice evening and a nice one in thoughts of our deceased mother Evening with best memories.....😢😢😢😢😢.... UNFORTUNATELY this was NOT POSSIBLE here.......and so I will avoid "RÜTIHOF" in the future and, ACCORDINGLY, WILL NOT MAKE ANY GOOD ADVERTISING.! !!!!!Whoever rests rusts......and you notice when you are NOT wanted and are ONLY for the money. The arrogance comes when you earn too much and you think you are better than the others.
