Very nice service, wonderful baked goods and desserts, the best croissants far and wide. The only mistake is that Bakery Hänggi unfortunately doesn't have a branch in Entlebuch.

I received croissants that were not fresh for my taste and complained about this (10 pieces). Received a call with an explanation (baked in the store or in production) and received a credit for 10 more croissants. This is how a complaint works....Thank you!

Service is not competent, is very slow, doesn't serve with a tray, when you get drinks from the warehouse you don't do it with a basket, you just grab everything and have it under your arm:( not very appetizing. The offers look good, they don't taste good at all. I had a Summer Dream salad and asked what was in it. The answer was just "fruits and salad" but I wanted more detailed information about the salad.! I don't recommend it to anyone else, that's an imposition.

We also always had a very good latte, fine Bircher muesli and other delicious things on offer!

I've lived in the neighborhood for 7 years and by far the best bakery I know of. Always open, always friendly, the best muffins and what, strangely enough, is no longer a given today, very good, long-lasting bread, thank you

At 12 we got a breakfast that was worth every franc. Afterwards we took some great tasting bread with us. Great quality at normal reasonable prices. I'll definitely come back when I'm in the area. It's a shame I live so far away.

I've often had bread that wasn't fully baked.

There are 3 stars for the ban on dogs in the restaurant area...a shame. The connection option is not visible from the restaurant and is only possible if you buy bread for a short time. Products are very tasty.

Fine breads, desserts, friendly service, pleasant place

Very good opening times - also open on Sundays from 7 a.m. Small but good selection of lunch menus. The food is good and the portions are just right. Not too much and not too little. Good value for money. Bread is crispy and still delicious even after a few days.

Unfortunately, it's probably always Aufbach croissants that are absolutely dry. Until now I have never been convinced by great, fresh butter croissants.
