We come regularly and mainly because of Lobsang. He is a model of professionalism, friendliness and charm in sales. He is courteous and helpful and you feel valued and welcome as a customer. We have never experienced anything like this before and we would like to appreciate it. We met him in the branch in Hünenberg and now we like to drive a few minutes further to the branch in Rotkreuz so that we can continue to experience Lobsang's friendliness. The food is served with care and effort and it tastes good!

We go to this nice little cafe every few days and it's a part of our routine. Everyone is very friendly :-) I really like the Cappuccino, it is perfectly mild. They serve it with a surprise sweet pastry. They have a nice selection of croissants - I usually like to have a Vollkorn Gipfeli.

We visit the bakery about twice a week and usually buy bread or something sweet. So far everything has always been very tasty and the staff is very friendly, customer-oriented and can explain to someone in detail what they are buying. Highly recommended!

Very tasty, the Black Forest and Zug cherry cakes are simply brilliant. Very friendly service, the young salesman explained to me everything that goes into each sweet pastry. Highly recommended !

The homemade ice cream is super delicious. The service is also friendly and nice. But I think the price for a latte (in a normal cup size!) for Fr. 4.90 is totally exorbitant.

A cozy cafe with good sweets. The coffee is expensive, especially if you pay in euros (4.60 euros), with an exchange rate of almost 1.20🙄🙄🤔🤔
