It's kind of a take away coffee shop, very little seating place that to outside of the coffee shop But the Coffee is really good, and their multi grain croissant was very well made The cafe is located in a very vibrant place

The bread looked really adorable, perfect for a picture. But taste-wise, it wasn’t anything special, the dough was a bit hard

Tried croissant & laugen gipfeli, average but pricey, 2 CHF for croissant

Not much choice but lots of customers... yet it was very good. The staff (at least the woman we had) should learn to smile..

I love Americano because it's simply so well made. The pastries are also very tasty.

Unfriendly salespeople can ruin your whole day. For the prices charged here, they can be a bit more affordable.

This morning I had a very friendly employee in front of me who was able to recommend all sorts of vegan delicacies. The things were extremely good. Great quality, delicious. It's a shame I can't buy in stock :-) I'll come back sometime!

Very nice service and everything was very nice. The lentil salad, the tomato strudel and the plum bircher muesli were very tasty, not too sweet, perfect. The cappuccino is also fine and I think the prices are very ok.

Unfortunately, today I caught a salad that was probably from yesterday, it was already pretty brown and not for the first time, which is why it only gets 3 stars. Otherwise many good products. Friendliness of the staff varies greatly

Generally very great and nice staff. Always very friendly and organized. However, in the last few weeks I kept wanting to buy a Kaffe Fredo. Every time they said they didn't have any ice cubes. No matter whether it was in the morning, at midday or in the evening. Hug offers several drinks that require ice cubes and now in summer it is important to be able to buy cool drinks. Very unfortunate.

I went shopping for two vermicelle and apple spritzer at exactly 6 p.m. on Sunday, December 20th. The store is officially open until 7 p.m. The saleswoman at Hug Bahnhof Lucerne was noticeably so annoyed as soon as she entered that she hardly dared to ask for anything. Even the nice customer in front of me seemed annoying to her. I politely asked for the receipt because I paid contactless. You just can't show your face with a face mask and tarnished glasses. The annoyed saleswoman said: yes, yes - you get the receipt; when this is printed / either this saleswoman urgently had to go to the toilet or was otherwise finished with her burden. You already feel wrong; as if you as a customer had done something wrong.

Prices are of course high, but in line with the competition, but quality is definitely excellent!

Sandwiches 2-3 fr more expensive than in other bakeries, almost 10 fr for a chicken sandwich is a bit too expensive even for Swiss standards

In my opinion, the products are yesterday and cold, that is, they were in cold storage. Otherwise not too tasty like apple strudel🤔

It's open on Sundays and has delicious food. Very practical in the train station but also a bit more expensive
