The staff are always very friendly. All products are always fresh and very fine, always worth a visit.

Customer orientation = 0 Today we wanted to enjoy a coffee (30 minutes before closing time). When we went in, the saleswoman told us that we shouldn't get too comfortable because the barista machine had already been cleaned and was also broken. There would only be a coffee to go from the machine. It seems like the waitress wasn't interested in customers anymore, which is a shame. It seems this bakery no longer needs the money…. We will avoid this cafe in the future. P.S Motivated and friendly staff is the business card and the success of a company.

So today I also fell for the Berliners for 3.50 CHF each. To the Bürgin family: Can you explain to me how you justify this calculation?

Systematically rips off students. I had been a loyal regular customer at Bürgin every day for 3 years, but I am now outraged by the development. Far too expensive prices without a student discount. Once I bought an egg canapé that cost 4.80 and the egg was missing (so it was a mayonnaise roll, yuck!) and some sandwiches only had a measly slice of meat on them and cost almost 5fr. It's incomprehensible to me and it makes me angry because prices continue to rise. A good example is the Berliner, which now costs an unbelievable 3.50fr. To me it's a rip off and I can't support it anymore. Sad greetings from a disappointed ex-customer...

Very fine pretzel pastries, sandwiches and croissants. There are also two small cafes that invite you to linger. There are great varieties of tea and coffee and of course lots of delicacies from the in-house bakery/pastry shop. Be sure to stop by and enjoy!

I have been in the Bürgin since I was little. Unfortunately, the quality of the baked goods has steadily declined. Today I bought croissants (corn and butter croissants)... I received soggy, greasy and tasteless croissants. Unfortunately a pure disappointment. In the past, you couldn't get enough of the crispy and fresh croissants.

Baked goods were very fine, the serving daughter Helen was very friendly, otherwise very poorly organized, three people behind the buffet cannot manage to provide orders in a timely manner.

We buy Bürlis, bread or cakes from Bürgin almost every day and love the baked goods. The selection is great! The very friendly staff also make every visit a pleasure. Now we ordered a cake for our baby shower that revealed to the family that it was a girl. From the agreement to the result, everything was absolutely professional and reliable. Our wishes were implemented creatively. The cake not only looked great, it also tasted fantastic. Our guests and we were absolutely thrilled - we would like to thank you very much!

Great bakery. The staff is always friendly and the baked goods are homemade and really delicious! I especially recommend all the lye products (for me the best in the world) and the Berliners. But the bread is also great and so is the pizza and flan. It's a shame it's closed on Mondays.

Very good handmade baked goods and chocolates. Strawberry shortcakes are recommended. Pleasant café next door, also very good lunch there. Tuna rolls and St. Gallen bread are a must.
