Everything was super delicious!!! & super friendly

Shockingly rude and incompetent across the board: Staff seem to be happy to charge you for items you haven't consumed yourself. When politely asked why an Éclair was charged that one had not consumed, the following answer came from the staff: "You must have forgotten that you ate an Éclair." Offsetting an incorrect item can happen, but such a rude and ignorant response is completely unacceptable.

I was charged 9.70 for a Cappuccino by mistake, asked wether she was sure she was charging me the correct amount, and didn’t ask further as I was taken aback by her answering with “yes”. I called back later out of curiosity and found out that i was charged for someone else’s eclair. This in itself is an honest mistake, however i didn’t appreciate being told that I “must’ve just forgotten that I ate it”. A simple apology would’ve sufficed.

We had a birthday cake baked at Dobler, a mocha cake for 6 people. The loveless and boring-looking birthday cake (pictured) consists of dark sponge cake and a white cream that tastes like nothing, which is also what the rosette wreath is made of. She doesn't let anyone think about her birthday or mocha. A handful of bland factory chocolate sprinkles around and on top give the confectioner's masterpiece an additional accent of boredom.

Quality of bread is moderate. Some of the bread is not cooked through.

Very fine canapes, Weggli, croissants and cream slices, simply fabulous! You really notice the love for baking, very unique taste! And the service, very friendly and nice, you really enjoy going there again and again☺️🌸

There is a very large selection of fresh products every day. Fine patisserie alternates with fine almond croissants, nut croissants, strawberry tarts, Berliners, Zigerkrapfen and vermicelles. We recommend !!! 😋

Dobler has the best cream slices in Switzerland. Unfortunately I don't have a photo, you always have to eat the cream slices straight away. The cake (photo) is from Dobler

A fine, lovely bakery, with coffee in the next room. Nice atmosphere in the village center of Richterswil. Unfortunately difficult to find parking spaces.
