Today we were once again at the Steiner in Saturdayern. We really enjoyed the fine dessert creations. The attentive service rounded the whole thing off.

The finest Z'morgä in a beautiful atmosphere❣👍 A counter with paradisiacal temptations and freshly baked breads of all kinds. The smell is simply heavenly. T.2: Today with coffee and a snack everything was tip top again. The cheerful salespeople helped make the rainy Sunday a more comfortable and pleasant one. Thank you very much, we were very satisfied again and the patisserie's and canapé tasted wonderful as always❣❣🌹

We are long-standing, frequent customers (counter and restaurant). We appreciate the large offering, the great selection, the changing menus and the practical location. Whether it's a quick snack or a leisurely lunch, we're happy to be your guests. Unfortunately, we have noticed an increasing number of staff changes over the past year. These are a few of our observations: - The service is no longer always courteous, attentive and customer-friendly. Mainly there is a lack of love for the job, presence and courtesy. - We have been billed incorrectly several times (incorrect menu prices, incorrect receipts, poor mental arithmetic). We were only able to prevent this through our inspection. That shouldn't actually be necessary. Unfortunately, there was no apology or small token of recompense. They didn't even offer us the tip back in this situation. - Sometimes you have to wait a long time for service. (Either you are understaffed or completely occupied with the apprentices.) - The portions are smaller and have less salt. - Certain desserts were dried out and like they were from the day before. I have never experienced this in any Steiner branch. - At 5 p.m. in the evening we wanted to order something from the menu (it says that the kitchen closes 30 minutes before closing time, i.e. at 6 p.m.). Unfortunately they couldn't offer us anything more. The cook is just about to go home. We refer to the sentence in the card. Yes, there's nothing you can do about it. No accommodation or counter offer from the waitress. So we satisfy our hunger in another restaurant and the sales do not go to Steiner. - Before 6 p.m., the staff present secured the sandwiches from the customers, which they probably wanted to save from the 50% promotion for their own evening. We are starting to have big question marks about what kind of working attitude the team has. We still continue to visit the Steiner Saturdays, although less frequently. Our patience and trust are slowly coming to an end. We've been thinking and waiting for a long time before we take this step to review. We hope for improvements soon!

Unfortunately, I have experienced a deterioration in service recently. The care here used to be much better. The employees no longer seem to be as committed and the waiting times have become longer. Hopefully the situation can improve as I have had better experiences in the past.

Some ladies who serve restaurants/cafes work here as punishment. No smile on your face, offended at the whole world. Waiting for food sometimes takes up to 20 minutes. The food wasn't always done well either.

Broad selection of all kind of bakery goods. Modern and bright atmosphere. The hot chocolate is Coatina, not their own chocolate. Very friendly and simple restaurant.

Very fine gluten-free products. We are very happy that a bakery is finally making the effort to add this to its range. Our son is always very happy about the plait or the delicious chocolate cake. The “normal” products are also very tasty across the board.

Good Beck at reasonable prices. It's usually shady outside and not for sun lovers. The service ranges from nice to rather unfriendly, everything is possible. Depends more on your form on the day. We go by often because the location suits us.

Very tasty things!!! Bread is always fresh and delicious! However, more and more people have packed the wrong thing (cornbread instead of corn croissants or Silser croissants instead of butter croissants. Just happened today: unfortunately a small braid was missing. A pity!!! Do you really have to start checking what you have received on site?! I hope this improves, because we generally enjoy getting our breakfast from “SteinerBeck” LG

I have never met such unfriendly salespeople in my life. On April 30th I came from Zug specifically to order a cake for Monday evening. Firstly, as a customer, I was treated like air by this saleswoman with short hair. They didn't even bother to organize a cake for the special occasion I had on Monday evening. It's the bottom drawer of the way this saleswoman behaved towards me. I was so hurt and DISAPPOINTED THAT I JUST WANTED TO GET OUT OF THAT BAKERY ON SATURDAYS. On Sunday morning I went to my bakery in Zug and they made me the cake for Monday evening. You know, it's a shame that as a customer you're no longer treated with such respect and as a saleswoman you don't even make the effort to help the customer.

Simply the best Beck around. I live in Pfäffikon but always make my way to Saturday or Lachen. Large selection, there is also a very good selection available in the afternoon. Breads and plaits are simply great, still fresh after days. Desserts are amazing, not completely sweet, perfect in taste and super delicious!
