Very friendly staff. We ordered muffins to pick up and they were ready on time, but we were hit with the bill: 100 CHF for 20 pieces?? 5 CHF for a muffin??? More than three times as much as the competition on Schönenbergstrasse and unfortunately the taste is not quite as good, so we will prefer to order there again in the future.

Super delicious patisserie, there is indoor seating on the upper floor as well as a narrow balcony with outdoor seating. The staff is very friendly. Everything fitted.

A good bakery, pastry shop with restaurant on the 1st floor. Even though the restaurant is getting old here and there, it has not lost its very classic charm. This is especially due to its very attentive, cheerful and friendly employees. Whether breakfast or lunch, whether Birchermüesli, pancakes or cakes, everything is very tasty.

We had ordered appetizers for an aperitif in the office. The small ham croissants, tomato bruschette, avocado bruschette and the sandwiches were all very tasty and beautifully presented. It was delivered directly to our office, top service!

I wanted another Birchermüesli at 6 o'clock in the evening. Then I was told there were no more. When I asked if he could fill another one, he said no. He didn't even ask!! Normally the staff says they will fill one up quickly! But I think it was too hot for him that day and too close to the end of the day to go down to the bakery and bottle one!!

We ordered a gender reveal cake over the phone at short notice. The ordering process was super easy and the lady on the phone was very friendly. When we went to pick up the cake from the store, the cake was shown to us and professionally packaged. At home we were able to enjoy a wonderful and very tasty cake. We will definitely order a cake again.

Last weekend we celebrated our two "baby showers" for which we each used a cake as a "gender reveal". The order was flawless and everyone was very happy about the great implementation! We will be happy to use the Konditorei Confiserie Brändli bakery for further orders as the whole ordering process went smoothly. Many thanks to the whole team for these beautiful memories!

I bought two almond pretzels this morning and ate them at home with great pleasure. The bakery's sweet and savory baked goods are always a treat. The whole offer is highly recommended and a purchase is definitely worth it. In spring/summer the terrace invites you to linger and men/women can watch what is happening around the station square.

QUALITY: excellent quality. And very tasty pastries and breads. STAFF: friendly. Sometimes there is a lot going on because the bakery is at the train station. And it may be that they are short with the conversation - which is understandable. My boss often lacks warmth when dealing with employees. I find that very unfortunate. Because without the active support of your employees, your business wouldn't be what it is😊 OFFER: very diverse. Chocolate is made in-house. Delicious. CLEANLINESS: very clean and hygienic. EXHIBITION: beautifully and carefully displayed.

Our cake (120 for 12 people) for the baptism was an absolute disaster! After pickup (3 minutes by car), the pigeons (attached with chocolate) and a letter (all made of chocolate, for whatever reason) were already broken. "We're sorry" was all that was said. After another call and the suggestion to accommodate us, a 20.00 voucher was sent with the comment: As discussed over the phone. It's a shame that it was handled so unprofessionally.

Thank you for the incredibly great wedding cake. The Toblerone mousse cake was incredibly delicious and looked exactly as I wanted. Great and uncomplicated advice - special requests like Schocko strawberries were no problem.

The location is great, right next to the train station and a few steps from the lake. The toilet is clean and the view is awesome. The peaks are very fine and they have good coffee. The staff is friendly and courteous. I'll come back when I get the chance.

A real enrichment for the area and has been for a long time. Excellent quality of products! The location right next to the train station is also very practical (parking spaces available at the train station). What more could you want than a delicious, fresh croissant in the morning? :)
