Very tasty baked goods and friendly service.

Very good sourdough rye bread. Not available everywhere in this quality. Half white is also very good.

The unfriendly employees in the bakery spoil the taste experience, which is further impaired by mediocre quality and excessive prices. A pity ! Edit 02/27/24: Significant improvement can now be felt. Hence three stars again

I can only recommend the bakery and pastry shop, and a very friendly sales team!

The cafe is very dingy. Unmotivated staff, instead of standing around it's better to clean. Just plain creepy. The upholstery is all broken. Don't come here anymore.

The coffee is sweet but the chairs and tables were dirty. The plates full of fingerprints... Rather unfriendly and annoyed conditions The breakfast was so-so... The cappuccino was delicious. Still, I won't be coming back

We are very disappointed with the croissants. They are getting smaller and smaller (butter croissants are delicious...) and also mushy. The taste isn't great either... Even Aldi is a lot better! A smile and more friendliness would also be valuable. I worked in a bakery myself and know what it's like. but it was much better with a smile. The goods are also never cleared away when the store opens... This was the be-all and end-all important to “me”... Pity! hope you take it seriously...

They have many delicious breads, sandwiches and cakes, however their “Gifels” are often tiny and not very tasty. I think they have a quality problem with the “gipfels” as this happens often. Sometimes they are good though, but for a well known Swiss bakery like Hausammann, it should never happen.

“Smiling forbidden” a handful of frustrated women can ruin the taste of the best croissant... It's a shame actually.

Rude service, good food, cheese on pasta is forgotten even after mentioning it twice, you have to specifically request cutlery, otherwise you'll eat the spaghetti pesto by hand. Pre-ordering by telephone is possible, but will then be forgotten. The food is fine. I'm still not coming anymore. Thanks

Strangely mediocre place with the trend to bad. They are not polite, not friendly. All the bakes are too sweet. Yes, I know it's everywhere in Switzerland that the bakes are too sweet, but here they are too sweet even for Switzerland

Hausamann was recommended to me as “the” baker in Zumikon. Unfortunately, despite prices at the higher end, both taste and quality are rather mediocre for me. All the baked goods we tried so far were bland and some of them weren't particularly fresh when we bought them. Above all, the butter peaks are rather small compared to other bakeries. I'm happy to pay for a purchase outside of the large industrial bakery, but it has to taste good. What unfortunately doesn't work at all is when the saleswoman constantly frowns when you want something or when you watch her roll her eyes at other customers!! Dear Ms. E…….please be friendly and don’t keep rolling your eyes, even if the customer just wants a roll. I was here for about 2 hours, more than 10 people touched the ballpoint pen and it was not disinfected. Not even the tables or the counter! I have to defend Ms. Kunz, she is very friendly and even has a deserved heart on her name tag.
