Chüelebrunne in Zumikon

Inspired by the good reviews here, we also wanted to try the wood-fired pizza. And we weren't disappointed - the pizza was delicious. We also really liked the atmosphere with the oven right in the dining room and the beautiful wooden beams. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth the price.

Last night we had fantastic Kabbouleh and pizza with prosciutto and mushrooms. The pizza dough was so perfect and chocolate cake extraordinarily. Loved relaxing atmosphere and friendly owners! We’ll be back again!

Our local pizza hangout. Always creative and seasonal. Wonderful people. Just remember to bring cash!!!

Best pizza place around! All organic, handmade artisanal doughthat is actually given enough time to rest, as well as lical produce, e.g. from local farmers at Chalti Hose.

Very friendly service. The quality of the food (starter / pizza / dessert) was good (pizza top!). Topic: Furnishings, equipment and ambience: Using a lot of imagination and innovation to counteract the outdated situation from the somewhat dilapidated existing one. Result quite ok.

I haven’t personally sat in to eat, but every time I order pizza from there, it is truly devine, literally the BEST pizza I’ve ever tasted. It also all tastes so homemade!! Very happy with my previous orders! :)

Rather small resstaurant with not too much choice on the menu, but the pizzas we had were just amazingly delicious, maybe the best I've ever had. The service was very friendly and fast. Prices on high end for pizza, but the couple of bucks are more than worth it for what you get. Can't wait to get back.!

very good pizzas. just think it's exaggerated to charge CHF 4 for additional mascarpone on an already very expensive pizza.

My favorite restaurant in Switzerland! The pizzas, salads and desserts are fresh, seasonal and delicious. The owners are friendly and make their own special pizza dough. Love that they source locally and fairly. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and very family friendly.

The pizza at Chüelebrunne is just the best in town. The dough is delicious and they always have creative, seasonal specials for their pizza and salads. Everything is SO good! I recommend this place to everyone I meet.

Very tasty pizza with great service. The best pizza I've eaten so far. The wood stove in the guest room also creates a cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately, only cash payment is possible, but that doesn't have a negative impact.

Great pizzeria with wood fired oven. The choice is not large, but everything is delicious. The guideline is 5-6 pizzas, some are changed and salads. Not a forced atmosphere. The waiter is not intrusive, fast and neat!

What a pleasant surprised! Had the salad and pizza of the week and both were amazing and NOT typical. The dishes and the ingredients used are high end and innovative.. more like something you’d find in a big city. The place is super cozy and has a nice terrace surrounded by neighbor trees. If you are in Zumikon you have to visit this restaurant.

Staff appears to be a young team, very friendly, welcoming and professional. And the red wine: I had a glass of the Mythos housewine. I’ll admit I‘m no expert when it comes to wine, but boy was that stuff good…

The Chüelebrunne restaurant is a really great resti. With a great team with one of the best wood-fired pizzas I've ever tasted!! The pizza is also available as a gluten-free version and it tastes really great (that's not a given). There are also many dishes made with regional and organic products. Great concept!

These guys do a great pizza. The best we’ve had outside Zurich proper. The dough is interesting — closer to a naan than a traditional pizza dough but that just adds to the experience. The sauce is excellent. Well worth a visit.

Fantastic pizzas - thin crust, not like in Naples. Everything prepared fresh and quickly. You can taste the good ingredients in every bite. They also currently have open, well-hopped lager beer. Friendly staff.

Sensational pizza from the wood oven sometimes the base is slightly (too) burnt. The ingredients are all fresh and it tastes very delicious. Attention in COVID times you often had to pre-order. Last minute take away was not included.

One of the best takeaway pizzas in town - and they did a takeaway burger & fries special today which will hopefully be repeated again regularly! Open for pizza orders from Wednesday - Sunday evenings

By far, the BEST pizza I’ve ever had! All organic ingredients, an Italian dough, plus the owners = My favorite place to chill and enjoy the great food! They are one of the kindest people I know and they are very passionate about their work/restaurant. Many of the things inside are handmade (plates, cups etc.) Highly recommended!!!

Must experience this goodness if you are ever in Zumikon. Better yet make a special trip just to have their pizza.
