No more dark bread at 8:45 a.m. on Sunday!

Well, a little more apparent than it is, but actually still good. You always wait and the rolls are ok. Priced too expensive! Update Jan 24 Now really from reality... 1.70 for a Weggli, not particularly good. Floury, mushy, pale. There is raw milk in it, hence the price. Also no discount on quantity. I bought 40 pieces... too bad I was there for a long time.

Rather small and "boring" selection of bread, but expensive and the price/performance ratio isn't right for me. The spicy Murianer (bread) is an original and very good bread. But even there, the price is high.

Gives bread and more. It's also well attended on Sunday mornings.

Very fine breads, patisserie and pralines (especially the Horben-Spitzli 😋) When it comes to breads, my favorites are Spicy Murian and Ruch Paillasse Bread)

Saturday at 1:40 p.m. a customer in the store. The second saleswoman is busy clearing the cash register - I'm waiting - still busy - still waiting. Lo and behold she asks and looks for my weekly order after asking 3 times... found it. I pay - I don't say goodbye or thank you - because the cash billing continues and seems to be more important... Great customer service...

My parents shopped here. When I heard what she had to pay for the cake and the bread covering, it was important to me to write feedback here. The price performance is far too high compared to other bakeries. Personally, I have had better cakes from Swiss bakeries at lower prices. The quality of the products were good.

The quality of the offering is between good and excellent, should meet even the most spoiled expectations and hardly give rise to criticism. The numerous awards have a downside: Apparently the store is literally overrun, which is why capacity seemed to be overloaded at Christmas. Even at the moment, orders or special requests are received more reluctantly than gratefully. You get the impression that you almost have to apologize for it. It can also happen that you are “hissed” at by an overwhelmed employee. Business seems to be doing great, which is nice. But the care of loyal regular customers has noticeably diminished. That could take revenge at some point. Because times can sometimes change quickly.

mega fine baked goods and friendly staff

I had yesterday, March 2nd. Bought 22 at Schrabs Bakery. These are dried and ground dry pieces leftovers. I was charged Fr. 18 per kg. An exorbitant price! I ran a bakery myself until 2003 and know how this is sold. For me it was the last time I bought anything from this bakery.

What a pleasure to eat real bread kneaded by a real baker, but what a treat without forgetting the Berlin balls, a delight😘

There is a pharmacy opposite this pastry shop. I was there on business one afternoon. I was so excited to park my car in the large forecourt and drink a coffee outside on the terrace. Then I threw myself into the fun. 🤤 Very nice staff. Top selection... even in the late afternoon.

I'm in Freiamt and like to eat fresh baked goods from the local Beck. The quality of the food on offer - bread, rolls, sweet delicacies with coffee and now the vaccinated Berliner - is perfect. Made by hand and ZERO machine from industrial production. The scent is fantastic and phenomenal. Thanks for that. IMMEDIATELY AND AGAIN.

You can put together a delicious breakfast here, the chocolate croissants and apricot tarts were top notch, as was the yoghurt with muesli and the lye wreath. Everything was really delicious and the staff was friendly. There is enough parking space in front of the shop.

The best breads far and wide. The rye pailasse is simply divine. Perfect crust and nice moist, soft interior. Even 2 days later it is still soft, moist and delicious. We also really like the stone oven bread. The service is always friendly and decent, and questions about ingredients are also answered in a friendly and detailed manner. Thanks.

Best sourdough bread. A little more expensive than others, but good quality. Nothing special for us. There are better ones.

You come into the store as a customer, the greeting is not returned and the saleswoman runs away into the next room. The other saleswoman doesn't even turn around and continues to sort through her croissants. Luckily I can also go to other places, buy my baked goods.
