Their Bauernbrot is the best bread in town! Slowly raised, nutty taste, crusty outside and moist inside, keeps fresh for days, feeds whole families. Combine with a ham from Casa Maggiano - what a treat when Swiss bread is fusioned with Italian meat. Call ahead to reserve a loaf, particularly the long version sells out quickly. Migros and Coop, you still have a long way to match this kind of culinary experience.
