Very fine bakery breakfast. Good and beautiful baked goods and chocolate goods.

The baked goods, which are traditionally handcrafted, differ significantly from those of large bakeries and distributors in terms of quality and freshness. A significant proportion of the ingredients come from the region. The Butter-Zopf and the Butter-Gipfeli are the best in the Bern region and the surrounding area. By the way, the butter also comes from the village. The tea room is a good meeting place with fresh and very good delicacies. One tip: Ordered and reserved in advance; This way the baker can plan better and there is less left over... because very few people buy yesterday's baked goods.

A little belatedly, I would like to thank Andreas Zingg very much for making me 6 gluten-free cheese tarts and 6 onion tarts within a few hours. Normally I ordered these from Rita Bänz Zingg. A week before delivery, I reminded you of this at brunch. Nevertheless, she forgot about this. That day I also ate gluten-free patties with peas and carrots and Pimmes fries. The food and service were very good. The ambience in this beautiful café is also simply beautiful. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. I can highly recommend this bakery, pastry shop and cafe for everyone, whether gluten-free or normal. I would like to say a big thank you to the whole team for this.

Very ungastronomic. Price on the card was much cheaper than what I had to pay. Not hospitable. Way too expensive, and not very tasty for the price. Had a hair in the top of my nut. I don't recommend this restaurant.

In the Zingg bakery you can have a totally relaxed GLUTEN-FREE breakfast 🤗 A few times a year there is a buffet where you can really feast 😋 Highly recommended 👍

Nice bakery, very helpful and friendly despite our struggling with language due to being tourists! Great that there are a couple of gluten free cake options (we detoured especially). Lunch options a little more limited and warmed up meat pastry was a bit cold in the middle. In general though very good!

For once I forgot to wear a mask and was first told in a know-it-all manner that people always have a mask with them these days. (Is that so?) The 50 centimes for a mask were the icing on the cake. Customer friendliness is different. At least the bread and croissants are good, if not cheap. But the bakery thinks because they have good goods and Mr. Zingg provides them, they can treat customers this way. A pity.

It's a shame, there's no lunch menu for vegetarians, the meat is simply left out... it doesn't seem up to date anymore. Otherwise a great selection and friendly staff. The registration sheets are open on the tables so everyone can see them. Where is the discretion in that?

Bought a bird's nest on Sunday. Was a disappointment. The pastries are dry and so is the jam. Certainly baked, but unfortunately not declared as such. You can find better baked goods in every major retailer.

This cafe is a 45 minute walk for me and my dog and the staff have always been friendly and helpful despite my poor German. I usually buy something from the bakery to eat but have occasionally ordered a meal and have found the food to be excellent. The cafe is well situated for walkers and cyclists, drivers will find a small car park to the side. The access to the toilets is down some stairs which is not a problem for able bodied folk but would be a problem for folk not so able.
