The Sunday braid has to be from Vetterli! It is the best in Switzerland. We also appreciate the central village location and the always very friendly service.

Very bad service - still half in bed, no greeting, extremely unfriendly, the goods hadn't been cleared at 7 a.m.!!! It's a shame because the goods are very good, but who wants to be so annoyed in the morning!

Corn rolls and pretzels are delicious and the coffee is delicious.... 😃 Unfortunately the waitress talks about poor working conditions, the atmosphere at work seems tense, that's not what I want to hear as a customer...

We shop regularly at Vetterli and have been at this location since the first week. - Baked goods: Their butter braid is fantastically good! That alone would give it 5 stars. The sandwiches are often very hard and dry, we found much nicer sandwiches at the gas station. Then it's better to go a few steps further into the coop. - Service: The service leaves a lot to be desired. Often unfriendly, without any enthusiasm. Sometimes you feel like you're intruding. You don't make an effort to come to the front when the bell rings, today another customer even called to the back that customers were there. When you buy a cheesecake, you aren't even asked if you would like it warm. We recently ordered 2 cold chocolates and 2 chocolate croissants to eat in: we waited 9(!!) minutes, even though there were no other customers in the store, and there were two of them in service. Conclusion: if the butter plait and a few other types of bread weren't so delicious, I wouldn't recommend this bakery. By the way - the service problem doesn't seem to exist to this extent at the other Vetterli bakery on Seestrasse in Horgen.
