I have been a customer of Vuillat for a few years. Coffee is very tasty. If I have to write a negative review, a lot has to happen. Unfortunately very far from fresh, several times e.g. B croissants, pain au chocolat or vegi sandwich were very, very dry. It's a shame because I don't live in Uster anymore and I used to make a special trip. Quality is bad. The trend is downwards.

Bought wonderful yeast cakes and rascals. All fine products. Sourdough breads are also excellent here.

My favorite Beck. Great bread, the best Russian plait and panetone made from sourdough, absolutely innovative.

The fist breads are extremely rich and super tasty. Every now and then I like to take a fairly big detour on my way to work in order to secure the world's best sandwich for lunch. A monthly dessert is also welcome, which is always heavenly.

Bold concept with sourdough bread... Local grains, absolutely delicious. New and unique sweet pastry creations. Just awesome. Be careful: 0900 if people want coffee you have to wait in line. And: There are arugula in too many sandwiches for my taste.

I bought two Volkorn croissants this morning that were very dried out. I think it's a disgrace when you can't get fresh croissants for such a high price.

A bakery like any other. Wanted a nut bread, but got a Huus bread. I only noticed it when I got home and because I'm afraid of Greta, I didn't set off again. The French stick is delicious and the sourdough baguettes are great. Toast bread is also delicious. The saleswomen change every now and then, one is friendly, the other less so. They're just people too. It's also difficult to evaluate the products; some people like it and others don't. But the bakery can't do anything about it...

Absolute disgrace in how customers are treated. Totally rude. If you want to enjoy your coffee on site with the already overpriced sandwich, it's up to the staff to ask and not the customer to say so. The surcharge for the additional service is fine, but any questions afterwards are the responsibility of the staff.
