Nice and for the people of Uster 😍

I can recommend this hotel. Above all, the price-performance ratio is good. There are quick ways to get to Zurich. There were no difficulties during the stay, but nothing that particularly stood out. Hence my 4 star rating. The breakfast was okay but not of the best quality. (e.g. very firm pre-made scrambled eggs in a container) The bread tasted like store-bought baked bread. Nevertheless, there were plenty of alternatives on offer and the staff was very accommodating. The check-in and check-out process could be handled online and made the stay very relaxed and stress-free. The most important thing at the end: The rooms are very tidy and absolutely clean! You immediately felt comfortable. The bathroom/toilet is only separated by a sliding door and is very small and dim from the light. The location is very central and you can reach all important places on foot. I would recommend this hotel for a short visit.

Everything was very friendly and clean. We had a room with a wonderful view of the mountains. I would like to highlight the hotel's service in organizing a vegan breakfast for us at short notice. I have never experienced such an effort in this form and would like to thank you very much again!

Hotel is in a good location and food is good. You have local eateries available with many options

Check Out at 10am... You don't even have time to finish breakfast, with a mediocre buffet. The Lady Maid on the floors abruptly entered the room at 10 o'clock, ordering me to leave the room as soon as possible... Terrible experience especially if you are on holiday...

Zurich people can be nice too... Very, very friendly staff and accommodating. I felt very comfortable. Despite the location, very quiet rooms.
