Catering ordered. Great, everything done right. Excellent advice and service. Feedback from guests is without exception positive. My recommendation, sourdough bread or rolls.

Vuillat produces quality bread. However, we are irritated by the snippy and annoyed employee. She made us feel unwelcome. A pity.

Was now a regular at this and three other Vuillat locations (1 at Uster station is unfortunately no longer available): Very good breads (Zopf, Dinkelzopf, Zopfchnopf, Laugenkranz tried), croissants unfortunately hit or miss so far (sometimes wonderfully airy and buttery, other mornings dry, as if they weren't fresh, even if according to the bakery employees they are), lye pretzels with chive filling are also highly recommended, when it comes to sweetening, the Russian plait or braid has always been a hit, as has the pain au chaucolad (dark and light ), unfortunately the Carac isn't to my liking, but it's probably a matter of taste. The Vollenweider ice cream at the entrance is also highly recommended and is a piece of my childhood for me ;)

Ordered croissants by phone 4 days ago (Tuesday August 8th, 2023). Today on the pickup day, at the agreed time, the order was neither ready nor found anywhere. I'm very disappointed because I always raved about this Beck to our visitors. We love the bread and the treats. But when it comes down to it, you can't rely on the service.

I really have to give another huge compliment. I buy a braid every Saturday and every time I am surprised at how long it lasts, simply amazing. The braid usually lasts me until Monday. You can just tell that the bread, braids, etc. always fresh and prepared with good products. Thank you.

Markus and I are always amazed at the new, lovingly made baked goods in the range. We always enjoy a new creation every now and then; At the moment I love the Basel bread, which is available fresh on Friday. The friendliness of the entire staff, including the boss, stands out. Thank you for your daily (nightly) work.

The braid sold was definitely not fresh and the ham sold had already expired. The saleswoman then told us on the phone that they knew that the meat was expired and that they apparently didn't have time to take it out of the range yesterday. Incomprehensible. A pity.

Now finally stopped there. It was truly worth it! Knowledgeable and friendly service and even better the sourdough-based breads baked there. Pure enjoyment! I also wanted to get to know your specialty. The nut braids. As inconspicuous as they look, the greater the culinary experience. Miamniam!

A beautiful bakery with a large selection of sourdough breads, many delicious pieces and friendly service. You can also buy flour from SlowGrow. E.g. Ruchmehl made from red wheat.

Whenever we are in Uster we make a detour to Vuillat. Everything is just great, from the service to the bread. We especially love the great sourdough bread, the panettone, the chocolate sticks and much more. A visit is always worthwhile!

Today (01/16/21) at 7:45 we were treated very disrespectfully by the staff. There’s no need for comments like “this isn’t a coffee house” and a little more laughter wouldn’t be bad either. I was very shocked when the employees were so disrespectful. They say the customer is king but I didn't feel that way😉

Love to go to this bakery, have a lot of different types of cakes, sabdwiches, bread and ext. They have their own factory, so everyday you get your fresh bread. Try it, you will like it. Try their choci gipfeli, its fantastic.

It's all very good and tasty, I ordered 3 1 meter sandwiches the day before, which were prepared for the next day without any problems, and of course they were really good, the whole company was happy about it, would be happy to do it again :D
