Truly excellent hamburger bread, one of the best I've tried around, everything really good, and very kind and helpful waitress, the food arrived rather quickly, I will gladly return even if the location was a bit inconvenient being an industrial area for the rest 10/10

A very fine burger restaurant, recommended for everyone. There may be longer waiting times around lunchtime. There is also a student discount on certain menus for students.

Burgeramt in Uster is really recommended. The service is very nice and the kitchen is very quick. Everything was of very good quality (exception: salad dressing not homemade), the meat in my burger was even absolutely top class! The portions are very large. Conveniently located at the Uster Nord motorway exit! Repetition factor is very large. Nice to have you!!

First time I ordered a burger home and thought the quality will suffer due to delivery. You think, on the contrary. Super fine burger and the fries were also awesome!! Will order again and is highly recommended.

Very nice service. The restaurant is just as pleasant to linger in, but a bit hidden :) Burger was OK in my opinion. However, my friends who were there liked the burger much better.

The food was great! We tried a bit of everything: burgers, fries, kids menu etc. was the best burger so far! And the portions are huge. The service was extremely friendly, even gave us free service!!!! Made a new burger because we forgot to tell her no bacon was allowed in it...that's service! We are new fans and this is our new burger hotspot!!!!

The food was great, especially the Amtb Burger was definitely one of the best burgers I've ever had, I also tried the new chicken burger, which was also good, but probably wouldn't be my recommendation and then I had the Röstifrice, which was excellent as always are. It has a very great atmosphere where you feel very comfortable and the conditions were also friendly.

Burgers are good. Ambience rather uncomfortable. Music comes from the television with correspondingly poor quality. There ventilation could be better. Somehow there's always a slight fog in there...

We have been ordering from Burgeramt on and off for 5 years. Always in the same TOP quality since the first time! Today we discovered again that all other burger suppliers in our region cannot keep up with Burgeramt. Telephone contact is always very friendly. My favorite is definitely the Amtburger and Rösti Fries. Everything homemade and super tasty. It's just a shame that you can't order over lunch on the weekend. Otherwise absolutely great, gladly again.

I have a cheeseburger menu with extra bacon and fried onions, fries, and additional onion rings (insider tip, if you don't already know)! In short 👍😋Schmackofatz Meat good, slightly crispy on the edge but still juicy on the inside! Bread/roll/bun, just as you would expect: airy, but still firm on the outside with a bite, and can withstand repeated squeezing in order to return to its original shape without falling apart straight away; have good bite and content, but are still fluffy on the inside. Fresh, crisp lettuce etc., and sour cucumber tastes like sour cucumber👍👍; Not like the limp ones from the Mäc with their sweet, yummy taste (let's be honest, who doesn't eat the cucumber at the Mäc?!?!). Onion rings are expensive at first glance, BUT they are worth it. Crispy and good onions! For delivery, order urgently in good time and not 5 minutes before closing time. PS: I would have liked to attach a photo 😳, but unfortunately there was nothing left to take photos 😉🤣

The chili cheeseburger was super tasty, especially the meat. The service was nice and quick. The restaurant is on the second floor of the building and it has an external balcony.

Really good burger place, located in the middle of the industrial area they made the best possible about the location, setting tables on a super nice terrace in the roof. Apart to the good and not expensive burgers they also have a decent beer selection. Only negative sode are the shared toilets in the industrial building that also all other businesses utilize, making them non too clean.

Ordered here for the first time today. The kids always like the burger with "special requests", which often simply doesn't work with delivery services. Here at BA the order was flawless. The delivery time was below the guideline and, most importantly, the food tasted really good. Bravo to the BA team! We would be happy to order again. Keep it up.

We ordered, unfortunately there were a lot of orders at the moment. However, they called us and asked for our understanding and bought us dessert. The food came as they said on the phone. The food was very warm and the fries were fresh and crispy. They are all very friendly and the process was great. Very good. Can just be recommended

Delivery ok, food rather cold and not really good (lower level). Unhygienic preparation of the food - there was a 20cm long black hair in a burger!! That's not possible and calls the Kt. food inspector on site! What disgusting hygienic conditions must exist in this restaurant!? Unfortunately it is not recommended!

The service was very friendly. The burger with the cheesefries were divine. I think 23 francs for it is on the upper limit, but it was still very worth it. I'd love to come back. Best burger shop in the canton of Zurich. Just a little difficult to find as there is only a sign at the bottom of the door.

Ordered because of the good reviews. Menu price at just under 24.- upper average. Delivery was relatively quick despite rush hour and the delivery guy was very friendly. Burger good, but nothing special. If this is supposed to be the best burger in Zurich - think not. Maybe I'll give you another chance at the restaurant. Unfortunately the fries were really weak. You can definitely do better.

My recommendation: Don't order here Food wasn't delivered after 2 hours. Nobody could be reached by phone and of course there was no call back. Service doesn't seem to be a priority at this company. It's a shame - never again.

Wir waren vorher im Sauriermuseum in Aathal und haben schon viel vom Burgeramt gehört. Dann haben wir uns entschieden wir machen einen Abstecher nach Uster.Der Burger und auch die Pommes snd super, die Pommes kannst du mit Käsesauce bestellen (sehr empfehlenswert).Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und wir kommen garantiert wieder.

Wir haben wirklich schon einige Burger probiert und keiner kommt annähernd an diese Burger heran. Die Pattys sind super und das Fleisch qualitativ perfekt! Die Bedienung könnte nicht zuvorkommender und lieber sein - kommen mittlerweile alle 2-3 Wochen - jedesmal eine Freude hierher zu kommen :)

Sehr guter Burger, perfekt belegt mit einer schnellen und freundlichen Bedienung. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Auf jeden Fall den Besuch wert.

Disaster - I waited 2 hours until I called the restaurant. I was then told that the order was on the way and would be with me in just over 15 minutes. After another 15 minutes I called again to be told that the order had never been received - even though I received a confirmation. Never again...

Essen war ok aber gibt viel besseres. Bedienung war unsymphatisch Restaurant und wc's waren nicht sauber Restaurant war schwer zu finden nicht wirklich empfelenswert.

Unfortunately very disappointing. The fries are tasty, not greasy. The raclette burger was a disappointment. Burger bun/bread good. Beef 130g totally burnt and maybe 80g. Raclette cheese also burnt. There was little mayonnaise. Garlic sauce not available. Lettuce a single leaf. Onions 2 rings, far too economical. Pickles two slices, there are better ones. All in all, the burgers seemed very carelessly prepared. 3x raclette burgers 1x extra jalapeños 3x fries for 65.50.- I had to pick up the order myself. Was there in 5 minutes from Illnau. Unfortunately, Illnau is not in your delivery area. Since the price is the same for self-collection, I didn't give a tip. Luckily I didn't tip. March 26, 2020 1900 I would question the motivation of the burger creator. The name BurgerAMT is not worthy.

Sehr leckeres Essen, tolles Team und einfache aber gute Lokalität. Die Burger sind sehr fein und saftig, Pommes knusprig und auch die Onionrings mehr als zu empfehlen.

Several different food choices to choose from the menu, fantastic. Fantastic central location and always delicious menu options, my favorite place to seize a bite. Food showed up fast, was piping hot and totally delightful. Good food portion sizes especially considering the price. Waiters were definitely keen to help us with our menu selections.

I order once a week and the burger ALWAYS came 20 minutes earlier than written. The burgers are always perfect and ultra tasty. The suppliers are always friendly! Simply recommended.

Forgot cheesefries, would have come an hour later, seriously?! Wait 1 hour for cheesefries that YOU forgot, if the burger was still good then ok. Never again.

I visited the somewhat hidden restaurant without any great expectations and the result was that I ate the tastiest burger (in my case it was the chili cheeseburger) in a long time. Simply a culinary delight, I can warmly recommend it!

We entered the restaurant called Burgeramt without high expectations. What we were served on the table were culinary delicacies from a land of milk and honey that was still unknown to us. Juicy beef, topped with all kinds of vegetables and cabbage, wrapped in a coat of the finest bread. A masterful conglomerate of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. A rogue who thinks evil of it. At such politically tense times, I would like to sit down at a table in the Burgeramt with Mr. Donald Trump and Ms. Greta Thunberg and each eat an Amtburger™. I am sure that after a meal like this all problems would be gone. And the world would be right again for a moment. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire team for their outstanding performance. One thing is clear: we will be back.

Tired of the “signature burger” of the usual suspects? Then head to BurgerAmt! The burgers are a welcome change from the warmed cardboard slices of popular restaurants. The rolls are crispy and the salad is crunchy. The kitchen is flexible and is happy to fulfill special requests. The prices are fair and the burgers are tasty. Not quite in the center, but close to the sports facilities and with a short bus ride, also easily accessible from the center. The burgers can be ordered via courier, picked up or eaten directly in the restaurant or on the roof terrace. Goodbye!

Der Burger war Top, alles war schön angerichtet und schmeckte auch hervoragend. Leider war er für diesen Preis ein wenig zu klein in meinem Erachten.

I was the first person there for lunch service. Arrived at 12:03, I ordered a simple lunch menu, cheeseburger, cheese fries and a coke. After 30minutes of waiting I asked where my food was, they were "having problems" was the answer I got. After watching all these tables getting their food I got fed up. Mind you, this was lunch service where people need to eat in a timely manner as most need to return to work... I asked if I could please have my food to go. Took another 5 minutes for them to pack the food. I recieved my food at 12:47 in a to-go bag. When I get to work and have a break to eat my lunch hours later, I come to find out they didn't make me cheese fries and the food was sub par, even taking into account it was cold. As an American sandwich lover, I would call myself a burger aficionado and was hoping this place was good as I don't work too far away... Sadly I must admit that I will never again step foot in that establishment. Not acceptable, highly frustrating, unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would.
