I've known the bakery for a long time. The staff is very unfriendly, arrogant and listless. Most of them behave like amateurs. With so many changes, I can understand that well. The fish always stinks at the head. I don't expect an answer from you!!! Many customers noticed but didn't publish it. It's a shame for the good reputation the bakery once had and its lackluster management ruins everything!!!!!

As always, you “sweetened” our day in the office!

1. We ordered a crocodile (party bread with ham, salami, Emmental cheese) and received it without salami. 2. We ordered a cake and there was liquid around the border. The complaint for the crocodile could not be made on site because it was packaged and the tiers of ham, salami and Emmental cheese were not immediately visible. The complaint about the cake was mentioned immediately when it was picked up and noted on the pick-up note: "Liquid for cake". After about 10 days, Ms. Mesmer contacted me by email (not reachable by phone) and issued us a voucher for CHF 50.00 (apparently Kübler has never issued a voucher of this amount before). If we had had a little more time, I would have left the crocodile and the cake, because it's a "birthday" and I have to offer the guests something on the table. Conclusion: I gave the Kübler Bakery a chance and at the same time it is my last chance. Now we wait for the voucher, redeem it in a branch and then drink the café somewhere else. A thank you goes to the saleswomen at the Ziegelei branch in Allschwil, who, together with my wife, immediately complained about the cake where the liquid had formed around the cake.

October 21, 2023 On Saturday morning I was in the Kübler bakery. I had a speech impediment, who doesn't know that, you think and the words just don't come out of your mouth, it took me 3 attempts to get my order out, it happens very rarely 😉 The saleswoman smiled and took this with humor, remaining professional and serious👍 Thanks for that 😊 The staff was really very friendly and accommodating that day and contributed a lot to a wonderful day when I was greeted with a pleasant, friendly smile in the morning. The range of baked goods is delicious, fresh and good 😊 I can recommend it to everyone, you can also get tobacco products and drinks such as coffee ☕️, tea 🍵, and soft drinks. Tip on the side: If you as a customer want to buy dough 🛒, you can pre-order dough, such as your pizza 🍕 dough. Likewise cakes 🥧, cakes 🎂 for all occasions and events, or aperitif rolls, if you are interested, it's free to ask!! I have had good experiences with general Kübler bakeries And I can only recommend this in good conscience Treat yourself to something and enjoy it 😊👍

Firstly, we had to wait 15 minutes for 2 coffees, 1 Caotina and 3 croissants, the milk from the Caotina was spilled all over the saucer, the coffee was in dirty cups. We saw that a lady who was new to the team brought it and didn't say anything. We understood that she was new to the team. Secondly, I went to order two croissants again and the new lady served me. She put the croissants in a bag for me WITHOUT asking if it was to take away. It was clear to me that we were eating here because the two other people were sitting at our table and still drinking coffee. I went back to our seat and then the store manager came and said in a rude tone that we have to say if there is something to eat here because the prices will be different. She claims I was asked and said it was take out. This is an absolute disgrace, it is up to the staff to ask whether it is to be taken away or to eat here. I don't pay attention to the prices and don't know what is being charged. I am a business owner and I would fire my branch manager immediately if she spoke to a customer like that. I don't blame the new employee too much, I just resent her for lying. But no wonder with such a branch management!! She forgot to ask if it was for dinner and is afraid to tell the manager. My employees are honest with me and even if they make mistakes, I look at it calmly with them and certainly don't attack my customers. This is the last time we were at Kübler, I don't have to put up with something like that from such an unmannered young branch manager. Of course I paid the CHF 0.60 difference, I can probably afford it and wouldn't lie to save myself that.

The lady who makes fun of the “artificial cheese” in the Rösti Burger for almost 7Fr. it's really funny... we're still laughing, thanks! 😁😁 This is how you sell your products! 👍

The Kluser bread is the best, I don't know of any better bread. Pastry products are also quite good. The ham and salami sandwich actually has meat in it, not like other bakeries. The staff tries to appear friendly, but it doesn't always work because of the high fluctuation; new staff are often insecure and awkward. What's always annoying is the demand "chunnt no epis drzue", which is what everyone asks!

I would describe this bakery as "OK". Not bad but not super good either. Unfortunately, the overall quality has declined somewhat in the last few months. What I think is a shame is that every sandwich is shrink-wrapped in plastic - that's no longer quite in keeping with the times in 2022. A bit worrying: there are new people working here every week; the team changes a lot. Normally this is not a good sign - but I may not know all the circumstances here.

There are fine products here for the whole day. From sweet to salty, there is almost everything to please the palate here. Unfortunately, I discovered that there was parsley in the chicken curry sandwich. For me personally, a very unpleasant moment - but as I said, that's my opinion, but I'm sure that not everyone likes Peterli. But I would love to come back because the service was also friendly. I can only recommend this. There are parking spaces directly in front of the restaurant on the main street and to the right of the Kübler bakery.

Secret tip On Sunday a 1 kg Kluser bread on order otherwise it is gone.

I ordered a cake with a photo for a 40th birthday. When my husband went to pick up the cake, it was a white cake without a photo! They would have printed it but somehow lost it! It was a huge disappointment! Cake orders should be more professional!!

As soon as I entered the bakery I was almost blown away; It's about 22° outside and it feels like 17° in the store. Sorry, completely unnecessary! When I wanted to change money at the checkout after paying to the staff, I was told that wasn't possible... well?! Apart from the fact that when I paid I was asked "Cash or cash?" ...I was then able to decide on “without a card”.

As a resident of Aescher, I shop regularly at Kübler. Unfortunately, the service has declined more and more in recent years. Today I wanted to buy Kluser bread at 2:45 p.m. I would like 500 grams. The saleswoman (a new one) only speaks broken German. In this she tells me to choose another one. I only understood it after repeating it twice. I told her I didn't want any other bread. She says it only has 1kg…. Sorry, the three of us don't eat 1 kg of bread. I told her the bread used to be halved when (it rarely happened) the 500g ran out. The succinct answer was...we don't do that anymore... It's 2:45 p.m. and 2/3 of the bread shelf is empty. Everything gets more expensive. The service is now lousy and the selection is slim. In the future I will buy my bread at Migros. Not everything is always available, but it's not a bakery either.

Very unhygienic. Report made via the Baselland Health Department!! Very cheeky..!! Employees very very rude and unhygienic!!! 1 star is too much for this company. I received a cake that wasn't as ordered and was broken at the edges & Lastly with hair.. Photos were taken on site..!! Nevertheless, I was forced to pay for it and take it with me. After 2.5 weeks they asked for the cake back to find a solution.!! If you don't want hair on the cake or even salmonella poisoning... I ADVISE you to eat or order from Kübler!!

I can't and don't want to complain about the food products, but I do complain about the way customers deal with forgotten masks!!! It happened very quickly and I was shown the door because I forgot my mask without even being offered a mask!!! Nowadays I would rather at least offer masks to customers if they want to sell, I'm definitely "unfortunately" not coming anymore!! You don't make the rules, I understand that, but you should not only know about problems but solve them 🤔

Otherwise I often go to Kübler in Reinach, today in Aesch. It was quite busy, but the employees were able to joke around with each other while serving. Well, still better than arguing. But maybe I'm seeing it wrong, in Reinach on Sunday attentive condition from older lady. Class. 👍

We arrived on Sunday at 11 the selection was already very very very small. The service was however friendly and location was clean. But the lack of flexibility was sad. We wanted a few pieces of cake. At least 3 large uncut cakes were at the counter. None were reserved. The staff was however not prepared to cut us a few pieces of cake. Despite the incredibly depressing selection.

The goods are always of the best quality, but the service here in Aesch leaves something to be desired... Sunday morning: 5 customers waiting in line, another one arrives, someone in the café part who has already been served, a cashier at the counter, the second wipes the tables for what feels like 10 minutes instead of serving... and not for the first time ! It's a shame, the service in Reinach is always top!

I used to enjoy going to Kübler much earlier (in the old store). Unfortunately, it has happened to me twice that the “freshly” baked braid was still frozen on the inside. The staff apologized, but it was still a no-go for me.

Actually our favorite bakery with very friendly staff since there were a lot of changes. Unfortunately, baked bread is increasingly being sold, or "old" bread that is already quite hard. And this bakery is just too expensive for that. Mainly affects small rolls such as Pumpkin seed rolls, grain rolls... Sometimes certain patisserie was no longer completely fresh when purchased, e.g. E.g. student cuts
