I'm there a lot because I have to get on the train. I'm a coffee lover and I much prefer drinking it in the Bistretto than from these stupid machines (disgusting). The Santwitschs are also highly recommended, they have material in them, you have to don't look.very fine I really enjoy coming to the bistretto, always very nice people there, very entertaining... kudos to the owner... great job, thank you very much for being there and I hope to have more great times with you. I'm looking forward to it Event in October with you

I have never experienced such unfriendly service. I'm actually very tolerant because I work in the catering industry myself, but that's really bad. I wouldn't advise anyone to ruin their day by going to a café like that. Then you'd much rather have a coffee from the machine in front of you!!! Somehow I also find it very impressive when you look at the “friendliness” of the answers to the honest feedback. This is somehow much clearer than any recession! I know it from the catering sector: the top rule is always to remain friendly... It's nice that people's constructive criticism here is received so positively and answered with such friendly words.

Just from the responses to the critical reviews you can see how rude and even cheeky the owners must be. A little level is probably expecting too much.

People always say that everything used to be better; That's how it is in this Bistretto! The service used to be very good and is now very unfriendly! I was a customer there for over 10 years until a new owner came there and now I would much rather not eat or drink anything!

I go to the Bistretto regularly. The owner is competent and very nice. She also has a quick saying on her lips! I have already rented the restaurant for an event and the food was great. Gladly again....

Bad and unfriendly service, not worth it. You lose your desire for coffee.
