This charming bakery in the heart of the village is a real gem! Here, baked goods are still baked by hand like they used to be, without the industrial touch. The taste is simply incredible and makes you feel the love for the craft. A true pearl far away from the industrial bakeries!

I've known about this bakery for years. Unfortunately the opening hours have been reduced to Fridays. But when I'm in the area I have to get bread there. Bread of the highest quality, simply good and delicious. After 3-4 days it still smells fresh, moist and not dried out like the breads from industrial production. The wholesale food retailer guild could book a bread baking course with a quick freezer and Aufbach Farbrication followed by a tasting. This is how bread should taste!!!!!

We spontaneously decided to go out for dinner today, instead of standing in the kitchen yourself. But where should we go? We didn't want to venture into something unknown. The decision was quickly made, we got in the car and didn't drive to St. Gallen. :O) We drove to Muttenz to the Schlüssel restaurant, to Rita and Paul, because there is always something delicious to eat. Whether meat birds or fake snails, the food there always tastes great! To put it in modern style, Paul's food is just AWESOME! Rita will serve you personably and attentively down to the last detail, which is just AWESOME! You're doing great, all the best from the bottom of my heart! Sandra & Silvan
