Badibeiz Meilen in Zürichsee (ZH)

It was pretty good for a Badi until the change. Now after the change we had two veggie burgers, and for the kiddies chicken nuggets and a hot dog. The vegi burgers were horrible, they are even worlds better at McDonalds... French fries also not nearly as good as before. A pity! Will bring our own food in the future. Luckily the Thai Orchid is not far.

Badibeiz used to have lovely simple homemade food. Now that a new owner had taken over (from the Löwen?), the food is awful. Stay away from the neon orange low-quality industrial veggie burger, even the French fries were bad. So disappointing. Hoping the city of Meilen brings back the Badibeiz team or finds another team who actually cares about food quality. The Badi is beautiful, a real shame to serve such poor food.

Splendid beach alongside der golden riviera of the Zurich's Lake. This is a real example how a lake water and suronding, can outperform any mediterranian place in July and August. Recomended especially for over 60-ies. Compliment to the local authority of Meilen, canton Zurich.

Bad food, unfriendly, very expensive, you can't pay and you just don't get anything. Where is the previous owner with the great menus?? This can not go on like this!!

The Badi Beiz's cuisine is no longer as varied or good as before.

Compared to the nearby Badis, the food here is mediocre! We would have expected more from the new tenant! Love the extra steps to Feldmeilen because the offerings are a lot better there!

Food too expensive. For the prices, I would recommend you bring your own food from home. Staff very inattentive.

Badi is great. Food was ok, but rather expensive

Eating something uncomplicated or enjoying an ice cream is the order of the day here. Fast, friendly service at the counter. You can enjoy your meal straight away in the restaurant or somewhere on the swimming area.

In the 2023 season, the Badibeiz will start with unqualified staff. Now (July 2023) the tenant has finally changed. I will adjust my rating accordingly. The Löwen team has stepped in and a visit to the Badibeiz is now worth it again!

Managed by the crew from Löwen, Meilen. Excellent cuisine and friendly staff. The highest quality kitchen for a bathroom. Located directly on Lake Zurich, the Badibeiz offers a unique ambience and views of the lake and mountains.

Food was OK but way too expensive. I ordered a small portion of fries and had to wait 35 minutes for which I paid 10fr. Paid. Way too overpriced. Staff unfriendly and I don't know how clean the kitchen is. Very disappointing…

Varied and good cuisine. Price management top. Very innovative in all areas. A visit is always worthwhile!!!

Chinese fondue with homemade fries or excellent rice in a wooden cabin by the lake

Very nicely decorated and Christmas atmosphere. The food was ok, unfortunately the mashed potatoes were rather liquid, the nuggets were too dark, the salad dressing was bland. Lots of room for improvement, but maybe it will work next time. Service was super friendly!

We were warmly welcomed and looked after. The food was good and plentiful and the atmosphere in the chalet was cozy and inviting. We were definitely not there for the last time!

Chalet? You really have to have a hot, 5 star luxury restaurant by the lake. Wow, that really blows my mind. Ochsebacke is just a hit! Wait until the next time :)

Simply GREAT food... I'm happy that it continues in winter and that I don't have to go without other delicacies over the winter. Food of the highest quality and portions that fill you up. At this point a huge thank you to the entire team.

Always very fine food, had burgers with fries and the homemade (!) tarte flambée. Very high quality food. The service in the Badibeiz is also super friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed, perfect for a beautiful summer day!

Super delicious food and great location!!

After 2030 we went to the pool but unfortunately the kitchen was closed. The very friendly waitress gave us a few more drinks and I will try the widely known Börgers another time.

With its good food and selection of ingredients, the Badiebeiz Meilen is at the top in Meilen and the surrounding area! Quick food for now and the surroundings invite you to see you again. I would love to come back and want more. Greetings

Friendly swimming pool for bathers but also accessible to other guests. Homemade, good food. At the end of a beautiful day of swimming with the setting sun 🌞 simply perfect.

Really tasty food as as far as I could tell very good quality and local handmade . No fast food and that's really a great. We had Züricher Geschnetzeltes and home made chicken nuggets. Owner itself is really friendly . And es additional plus they have Augustiner Bräu . Great German beer. Soon also EDELSTOFF. My personal favorite from Augustiner.
